TBH smoking anything is bad for your health. Think about it, youre setting a substance on fire and inhaling the combustion products! Ive smoked everyday from about summer 2009 to summer 2013, i had asthma and still hav year round allergies. Believe me its not worth it and like chris said if u get high everyday youre not doing yourself any favors. Other than extracting the cannabinoids out of weed into a solvent (olive oil, vegtable glycerine, alcohol, etc.) And then cooking with it, the safest, most efficient, and "healthest" way to consume weed is a convection vaporizer (Volcanoe, The Pax, Da Vinci vaporizers, etc.) And about youre other questions, go do research and make sure its from a credible source like pubmed or ncbi |
