Wondering what most of the guy's on this forum listen to while working out. Or what they listen to in general throughout the day.
When I was in high school and did mostly squats and leg presses to keep my lower body strong. I use to listen to Hatebreed a lot. Just because it really pumps you up and make's you want to smash skulls into the ground.
But mostly I listen to just about anything throughout my day. Mostly metal and the more extreme end of music. But nothing better then chilling and just playing through my radiohead discography. As of late I have been heavily rotating all of my Between The Buried and Me albums. The newest one the Parallax II: Future Sequence is an amazing listen.
DMX is some of the only rap I can listen to, to really pump me up and want to fuck shit up.
