after a period of being depressed (necessary) I decided to fix shit 1 goal at a goal. lost weight (from 24%BF to 7%), got a job at UF (gym) and met people, found seduction community and got into this shit
when being depressed gets old (sometimes you need to recharge yourself), make 1 goal and get working on it
this type of stage is sometimes a sign of a lack of a clearly defined future - i'd make plans for what you want your life to be when you turn 27, where are you living, what are you doing.
at the time moving out to LA, being a personal training in 90210 and hitting on girls for 2-3years wasn't on the radar- but one thing led to another and here i am
if you get into drugs, I won't use anything hardcore... not how you are feeling now because it will lead to addiction
