Welcome back! Man, I haven't seen you since before I had even done the Approach Anxiety Program.
Basically the forum has become more underground since Chris isn't doing SEO stuff for it anymore (or at least not a lot of SEO stuff) which is actually kinda cool. Hi Phil
ive recently joined GLL and have been reading about your progress, ive been doing PE on and off for a couple years . ive started taking it seriously now and trying to maximise my gains as quickly and as safely as possible and was wondering if you could give me some tips on what im doing or if im doing to much. I wear my SG at work for around 8 hours a day and I move around a lot which means sometimes the tension is still there but tends to go down so I don't know if that's not helping or should increase the bar with lower tension? after that I take it off and go to the gym then put it back on for another hour or so . I go home take it off and get blood flowing to it.i then do a bit of jelquing for around 5 minutes then use the bath mate for around 10 minutes . I then do PF exercises for around 15 minutes and was thinking to incorporate the phallsoan at night maybe for 4 - 5 hours while sleeping. I haven't bought the phallosan yet but was wondering do you think its too much? I intend to do this just weekdays . If you could give me your thoughts on this it would be much appreciated .
