From April, until end of August. I plan to make some serious and dedicated self improvement. Care to join?
I'm 30 years old. Never had a six pack. Never had arms over 13inches. I'm planning to make a change here.
Academically and professionally I'm good. Socially, I'm good. Charming women, I'm good. But for me, self improvement is about telling your subconscious mind you're confident and in control.
The subconscious cannot be communicated to through conversation. It needs action or experiential results.
I tried a keto diet recently and managed to drop from 200 to 160 which made me look lean at 6' tall. But I'm going to add mass by eating 4 chicken breasts or 4 fish fillets each day and working my ass off in the gym.
I'd like to increase my penis girth by .5" or 1.5". Quite a difference but current stats are:
I own a bathmate. I have a gym membership. I'm going to log my progress here. I'm willing to answer questions and take tips. By two months in I hope to be able to give tips myself. I'm gonna go strong. Full dedication. So, it'll be good... for science. Haha.
So far as nutrition and exercise go, I haven't been as tenacious as I'd like. Too many carbs. That said, I am working out more. I thought I'd ease into the first week anyway, with the hopes of seeing big improvements around the second month of the challenge.
At one week in, I've only ever used the bathmate on my flaccid penis. Obviously, I warm it up a bit. So let's say at 20-40% blood flow.
Being new, I can experience a little discomfort sometimes but nothing lasting. I've been wearing it daily for 10 minutes and, similarly, jelqing for about 10 minutes every day too.

Physically, things are progressing alright. I'm a good weight and the training is going smoothly.
Dick related... I can't say there's been much change at all. The Bathmate provides a nice visual when soft.
I haven't started using it when hard, not properly. The times I have done, even then, I am not seeing much of a difference. I'll stick it out and start to use it when hard more frequently. If there's any kind of huge change then I'll report it in pictures. Right now, it's just kinda samey. I went from everyday use for about three weeks, to every other day. It's a marathon and not a race, so they say.
Can anyone report an inch of increased girth after use?
