Guys,
I have a friend who's female that I've known for a long time that I really think would benefit from self improvement guidance. I want to point her to a LEGIT place, like GLL for chicks almost. Doesn't have to be hardcore, doesn't have to be about "guys," just self respect, gym, health, mental health, leveling up in the world, etc. Does anyone have any good resources for this? She's open to all criticism basically so I'm not gonna piss her off if it sucks but I want to point here in the right direction (think GLL vs PUA bullshit). Not looking to brainwash. Gonna check Reddit but was just wondering if anyone had anything off the top of their head. Thanks in advance. Gravy 24 Years Old

Well there's redpillwomen but I think it's actually quite toxic. I don't believe self improvement can be served to women the same way it is served to men.
goals: don't fucking know not gonna commit to anything until I actually properly, live or die commit to it.

I'm in the process of helping both my main girls become better people. Couldn't find any sites on the net with advice for girls; so I just point them to sites with advice for guys or people in general.
What I've made them both do is write down a list of 5 goals they want to achieve over the next 5 years. Then I've told them to google the hell out of each goal to find resources, and ask me if they need help. For weight loss they're both following If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) diet. Gym I'll get them to hire a PT who'll teach them squat bench deadlift. Mental health they're both now seeing a counsellor, and I've gotten them both to talk to their friends and family more about past trauma, current struggles they're having, and goals they're working towards. Self-respect/confidence is coming from some self-help books I"ve pointed them towards, as well as me helping them by forcing them to tell me all their insecurities, their fears, things they're jealous about, things they worry about, etc. Then we talk through those things until they realise it's not a big deal, and their self-confidence builds a little at a time. Make no doubts about it; women don't really "self-improve" the way we do. They'll improve, but you have to HELP them... or even FORCE them. They improve by having a group of people supporting them. Men are lone-wolves for the most part, especially when it comes to self-improvement. Also remember helping a girl "self"-improve requires a lot of investment on your part. Andy / 32yo / Australia

I looked on there for a bit and was put off by some of the shit. I wouldn't want them reading that. Red flags everywhere but honestly it was better than any other place I've looked. But you're right. They take in information differently due to being hardwired differently. Andy thanks for that post. I will try some of those things and refer back to your post. I'm trying to keep them as active as possible. @wk this definitely is an opportunity. I wonder how a "GLL for Women" blog would do? Cause I've found nothing like this. I've been sending articles but the blogs that those articles are on are TRASH, and I don't want them buying the shit off those affiliate links. 24 Years Old

GLL Success principles are probably your best bet, they're not gender specific and definitely can put anybody willing to listen on the right track. I downloaded all the audios and listened to them in my car every day for 5 years, they helped me get to where I am now, in LA working a part time job I love and hitting on chicks in my spare time, vs 50 hour weeks in a cubicle hating life. Highly recommend.

What is your part time job if you dont mind me asking? Im in a similar spot with the cubicle life. It pays good but man I have to get up just to go outside a few times a day or I feel miserable. Thinking back on my old job as a delivery driver like yea the pay wasn't amazing, but I got to cruise around town and listen to tunes all day and at least I was outdoors meeting/talking to people you know? Money aint everything. Especially at 24 I wonder if it would be better to just do labour work for a few years.. Or find a nice bar/restaurant. Be outside, be social.. Work with young people my age. must lift more

Bartender. Fun, social, can earn a good living by working 3-4 nights a week depending on the place. I've even gotten laid a couple times because of it. Because of my cubicle job I actually have quite enough savings to just work 2-3 days/week but I work more because I like it so much. Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
