I wouldn't worry about HIV. I work in a health clinic and not once have I ever seen anyone test positive for HIV (plus the type of sex you had isn't high risk for it).
That being said, you should always wear condoms. Don't ever trust girls that tell you not to wear one or that they are clean. It blows my mind that girls are that careless and don't care if you fuck them raw or cum inside of them.
Gonorrhea and chlamydia can both be treated, but it's not pleasant and are both avoidable. Go and get yourself tested, that's your best bet at this point. You also need to relax a bit, I think you've learned your lesson. The worst case scenario is that you contracted a treatable STD.
I appreciate the advice guys. I feel a little better knowing some of you have been in a similar situation. Wood is spot on about how I've been since yesterday. I was up yesterday and all of last night (and I still am) just researching everything there is to know about HIV, std, etc.

Skyn condoms are made from latex free materials, plus they feel great.
Nice, I didn't even know that and they are the ones that I carry around, they do feel better.
Full disclosure, this is what mine say on the back of the envelope "LifeStyles SKYN synthetic polysoprene condoms do not contain natural rubber latex and blah blah."
I'm not a condom connoisseur, so does this mean that they do contain artificial latex? Is that even possible, does anyone know? I thought they were 100% latex free, but now I'm not sure
I mean there's no evidence that she does, you just kind of assumed she must have one because she slept with 20 guys (which is really nothing, if you think about it)
Also if you're still somehow worried about HIV despite the fact that your odds are 1 in 3 million, do you worry about getting struck by lightening every time you go outside? Do you worry about a bear breaking loose from the zoo and killing you? Why would you worry about something that is so unlikely to happen?

The Danger and Play link before covered it pretty well. But even if she did have HIV, you need to have an open wound to catch it.
Dicks don't get wounds from straight sex that well, I'm assuming she was wet enough to cut down on friction, and if youor from the US your probably circumcised which means your inner skin is now tougher and calloused then normal inner skin, so there's even less chance of a small cut or tear.
If you ever get with a chick that's allergic to latex, be sure to buy polyurethane condoms from Trojan. You can find them at the grocery, and you can use an oil based lube like Vaseline with them and they won't break. They're pretty stiff, not as stretchy as latex, and tough to get on. But they're thinner than latex and you can feel the warmness of her pussy better. Those polyisoprene condoms from Skyn work too! I don't know it you can use oil based lubes with those. You can find those at the store too!

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
