I have been looking at the forum for 6 months or so… working out for 6+ months but last 2 months were really serious on diet etc. The results have started to speak for themselves. Still got some tummy fat to loose. 1- (Hot) Women at work are bit too friendly and want to know bit more about me (which is not their business) like hobbies and pass times. In past these sort of women would not want to have anything other a business related polite conversation. 2- Girls happen to be bit too helpful and offer their help (and opportunity for conversations), even help me with conversations by offering lots of information and even carrying on when it starts to die. 3- Girls are bit friendlier, smile more, make eye contacts etc. Rejections are not outright or harsh. All this sounds great… And let me be honest. Working out 5 hours a week plus eating clean and regularly – is HARD work. Can you guys share your before and after experiences (especially how chicks treated you differently and getting laid) . If there is a forum thread please direct me there… I need good motivation to keep working out and eating clean |

When you look good and feel good. The world is just a friendlier place to live. When you get complimented on your physique, looks and positive demeanor it builds your confidence and makes you even more attractive to the opposite sex.
People know that staying / getting into shape is sizable commitment and they like to associate with people that are willing to make that kind of sacrifice. Plus you get to be healthy . |

The world in your eyes is definitely brighter than when you simply don't have style/body/demeanor down. I've had a drastic change in my life from before I started all and till now. I just feel a lot more happier all the time and having good style and being in shape is a plus.
Keep hitting the gym and improving your style man!! I'll post some before and after so you can see the change. |

I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
