Lived all over USA and in Scotland and Spain. European cities are better in one way because people actually live in the city and not in the suburbs. You can walk to a lot of places and there are people out. This is huge for day game in my opinion. Now that I'm back in the states I have to drive to some store to hit up girls. Apart from Manhattan and maybe San Francisco for the most part US cities kinda suck for a lot of lifestyle things. Other things can be better though... I like West Coast USA because you can break away and do your own thing. Just create your life however you want. Europe has all the tradition and history but it's in the past. I think national culture is defined by this a bunch over there. We Americans may be a little superficial and not have any historical/cultural recognition... but we look forward to the future and want to create it.

Unless you eat organic foods and/or physically active, you'll get fat and gross quickly. Especially if you have an intolerance for insulin
Americans have a very low nutrition/health IQ too. So that doesn't help.
I am a German guy , I am right now on vacation in the US.
And from what I have seen it isnt all that bad. When you're in Germany you hear all the stereotypes about americans that they just eat fast food and that there are so many fat people.
I am right now in FL, not far away from Tampa and I dont see anymore "fat people" then anywhere else.
Also it isnt true that Americans have an extremly bad nutrition/only eat fast food.
I used work in England for a couple of months, and there it really looks to me like people dont eat anything else then fast food and sweets.
a common dish for lunch in britain is called "cheesy chips".. its basically chips with melted cheese on it..
or choclate bars..
during my stay in the uk it was so hard to find proper meals.. all i just wanted to eat normal meals, with rice, sauce, meat... the basical stuff..soups.. but even that stuff is so hard to find in the UK... you have to go to foreign restaurants(for example chinese) to get to eat something like that.
America isnt as bad when it comes to nutrition as it s always been claimed.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
