I lifted for 2-3 months over the summer, always got compliments that I looked good, got asked if I was in the army/played football, and when I got back to school I was getting a lot of attention and eye contact/touches during the day and night, god damn I took that for granted....
I lost 10lb the first 2 weeks, and now it's 5 weeks later and I get ZERO attention. It's so tempting to become depressed and wonder why but it's pretty fucking obvious it's because I've been drinking 3-4 nights a week and haven't worked out once. I'm going back to the gym tonight and I'm gonna write off going out for a little bit because clearly there's no point, even if I do see myself as the same in the mirror clearly something has changed. |

You Lift? = Chicks being into you.
It's weird but it works. |

It's a lifestyle man. It's not something you should have to make time for, it should already be hammered in to your daily routine (or however often you lift)

If I miss lifting for anymore than 3 days, my confidence practically goes to shit.
I get the feeling that I'm just shrinking, and am super tiny and insignificant (dumb I know, but it motivates me to stay in the gym). That being said, I'm starting my first cycle tomorrow or Friday, so I won't be lacking motivation to hit the gym that is goddamn sure. I'm hella excited…. HYPE. future hall-of-famer

Thanks, Genova.
I actually have my testosterone ethanate and adimex sitting in my room. Waiting on my pins/pads/syringe to come in. Plan on doing my first pin on wednesday/thursday. Although I won't start seeing effects for a few weeks, I'm really excited already. future hall-of-famer

It helps so much..
You know your lifting is paying off when your friend's hot older sister who never noticed you in high school asks you if you've been lifting..

Shit, I don't like to hear that.
I have expectations that my kratom burns will remain the same (which is perfectly fine ![]() I'm of the opinion that kratom is an enhancer (multiplier, not an additive) of current mindset, confidence level, etc. I can't imagine anything but a more positive mindset and higher confidence levels to come my way with the better body I'll have and higher T-levels that I'll get with my cycle…. that is pure speculation though. Won't be able to tell for a few weeks at the soonest.. oh and as far as drinking goes, after this past weekend i'm done since i'm starting my cycle and because i'm just plain tired of drinking messing up my following day and fucking up my diet i got my kratom, no need to get fucked up too. future hall-of-famer

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
