I have a few questions about supplements and nutrition, but I will cover it up here.
I want to recomp (lose fat and gain muscle) 1- BCAA When to take it when I can only hit the gym at morning once a week. 2- Protein supplement What is a good supplement for protein. I was using nitro-tech, but I think is shit. Was considering liver tabs. 3- Pork/Pig Is pig meat healthy? That would be all. ![]()

1. BCAAs are only really useful when you're lifting/doing cardio starved. Take 1-2 servings (sip on water mixed with the BCAA powder) before/during your workout to preserve lean muscle tissue. Other than when starved, BCAAs aren't really useful anywhere else. 2. I've tried a bunch of different protein powders, by far my favorite is Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (MAKE SURE TO GET CHOCOLATE). I get this from Costco, you can get 90 servings for about $60, sometimes even cheaper (I've gotten for $45 w/ rebate). It tastes almost like nesquick, and has a consistent flavor you can use regularly without being overly sugary/artificial tasting. I think liver tabs are generally useful for your health, but unless you're cycling on methylated compounds/steroids, you can go without them if you're living on a budget. 3. No/kind of depends. You'd want to go for the leanest cuts possible, but in general, red meats like pork aren't so great. Beef has a lot more protein on the other hand and absorbs far better, arguably the best meat for bulking and protein absorption. Chicken or turkey is the best for getting a lean meat with very little fat and a high mass-to-protein ratio. I prefer chicken and turkey over all other meats for my taste/health preference. Hope this helps.

I don't know if pork makes a good bodybuilding food, but considering that fat aids the endocrine system in producing testosterone and other hormones, I would definitely say it's good for men, dunno about women. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
