I am currently doing recomp. Have deficiencies on protein and some vitamines and minerals related to testosterone production. My sis is going to the states next week and supplements are way cheaper to get them in there vis Amazon. What supplement(s) can I add to my diet?? Perhaps something that gives me energy Have think of livertabs since I don't like liver's flavor. Any good whey protein?? Tech is the easiest to get in my country, but I think is shit. |

Not sure what your goals are, but if it's for gainz diet is king, but I would say creatine monohydrate is the most effective natural supplement. 5g preworkout and 5g postworkout. I've done uniliver tabs before. Haven't noticed much difference. I'd rather just eat clean protein like grass fed steak. I get quest bars for convenience when I'm away from home I use vegan protein (vega & orgain) because I'm lactose intolerant and whey breaks me out. B-Complex is supposed to be good for energy, but honestly nothing works like coffee. Blue bottle bella donovan is the shit PM ME if I don't catch your @Wood thread

Yeah, I really like the orgain protein and also use creative mono. Only those 2 supplements atm and making really good progress, of course with good diet and smart training. Creatine especially has been super helpful retaining strength and muscle size/fullness during my last 2 months in a calorie deficit. And you just feel plain good using the plant protein, it’s loaded with a bunch of other great stuff aside from just the protein. |
