d3 is really cheap at any store. You don't need any fancy brands. There is lots of debate of how much you need, and what is too much. d3 can be stored in your fat and, too much can build up over time.
1000 iu /day = is enough to keep you from being deficient. 2-3000 iu/day = should put you in a middle optimal range. If you have good medical coverage, take 2000/day for one month, then get a Vit D test from your doctor and adjust from there.

All gym related stuff is expensive in my country so I bought it for about $30

I used take 8000iu costco brand with breakfast when I'm not in sun.
Now I take 4000iu VIT D because I get some from COD LIVER OIL 2 x a day with meals. Essentially it's high quality fish oil a shit ton of healthy fat and vitamins.
