BTW, you were quick to dismiss diabetes. Have you had fasting blood work that measured your glucose, or did you say that because you're running keto? Eating low carb isn't a guarantee against diabetes. In fact, keto-acidosis is a common complication for diabetics.
If you've had your glucose checked then great. Otherwise, add a fasting metabolic panel to your list. Thyroid issues would be a good thing to rule out too. Finally, keep an eye on your kidney function. Watch the long term trend of BUN and creatinine, don't freak out from a single reading.
Yeah I've had all kinds of tests done for thyroid and found nothing wrong. I have done fasted glucose testing and nothing was wrong. Kidneys have been checked also and they're good. You would be surprised on how many doctors I've been to lol but I think I'm on the right track with my blood pressure being an obvious issue so I'm testing it everyday on my own and if it's still bad going to try my best to get on a beta blocker!
