So i was meant to do a sarm cycle last year (Cutting) but in the end the order didnt go through. This year ive placed a order and its 100% gone through now so will be arriving in the next week hopefully.
Osta - 4 weeks
MK - 8 weeks
Cardine - 8 weeks
im around 13-15% BF now i think, Im starting to get the V shape but no abs yet (Though i have very little muscle mass) so i think a cycle could improve my appearance alot.
Im just wondering what kind of results can i expect and would you try maintaining or bulking with this cycle? Im thinking if i try and eat at maintenance i can try lose BF and gain muscle at the same time. Or should i just go all out and bulk and try gain as much muscle as possible?
I would like to keep getting leaner (Ive gone from over 20% BF) but progress is slowing now (While it hasent stopped) but also add a little muscle. How would you guys go about doing this?
As a side note im very strict with training and diet, Right now im only eating protien and fat, no carbs and training cardio everyday and a little bit of weights.
We already discussed this at length and I gave you my opinion on cutting with MK-677. Terrible idea imo as you will more than likely overeat from the hunger spikes.
I'm not a fan of recomps either because you are basically half assing two totally contradictory goals.
If you're going to expose your body to anabolic substances, make the most of them and actually pick 1 goal and do it properly. 13-15% is too fat to start a bulk from imo, I'd shave off a couple more % at least before you think about bulking.
You're in a kind of tough spot because you need to lose some more bf, but you're going to be introducign a compound that is going to make sticking to your diet 10x as hard, and on the other end of the spectrum you are holding too much bf to bulk. I'd not even use the MK-677 right now tbh, I'd save it for when you want to bulk and just use the Ostarine for cutting down and holding onto all lean tissue, then PCT, then hit a bulk with MK and Osta or MK and LGD.
Ok thanks DC. Ive still got 2 weeks till the sarms come so maybe i could still drop some BF in that time. Cutting and getting very lean would be awesome, but im really eager to start building muscle, would i still gain muscle do you think with an osta cut?
I wasent aiming for losing 3% BF in 2 weeks, Not sure if i said that but if i did i didnt meant it. Why i dont wait is because im going on holiday and therefore im going to need to do the cycle starting at the end of this month.
I know i only have around 20 pounds of fat but dont have a lot of muscle, ideally in this cycle i would lose a little fat while also adding a little muscle, also ideally i would like to keep the MK in the stack because im eager to see its effects on skin,hair etc to see if it is good for that.
I really can't emphasize this enough, and DC7 has tried to tell you as well:
The chances of you being able to maintain a caloric deficit on MK-677 are incredibly low. You are setting yourself up for failure.
Personally, I had trouble staying in JUST a 500 calorie SURPLUS when i was on MK. I could have easily eaten a 1500 calorie surplus every day. The idea of doing a cut on MK is patently absurd unless you're one of the people that doesn't get very hungry on MK (not likely)
And by the way, I didn't notice any change in my skin or hair when I was on it
