So I tried red monkey last Friday to test it out. I took two capsules (500mg) on an empty stomach. I didn't truly feel much of what was presented in the description. I felt a little nauseous at times, but thats when I would just lye around. I took it again this morning before class, but I didn't feel a boost of energy or any more desire to be social than I already do.
Should I try taking more? Possibly up the dosage to 3 or 4?
Does the possibility of other drug use (within the past few days) have any effect on it?
It says to take it on an empty stomach. So about how long should I wait before I eat? I eat a lot of calories a day, so I can't afford to go too long without eating.
I just don't notice a huge change for me. I felt kind of lethargic after class like I usually do. I didn't feel an urge to truly take on my day.
Take 4-6 caps next time on an empty stomach, wait an hour or two before eating your first meal. Have the first dose with a black coffee or a caffeine pill or something.
If after 3-4 hours you feel nothing, have another 2-4 caps.
It's not supposed to be a "huge change", phenibut is like a background effect if anything. You notice it most when you are put in a high pressure anxiety situation, not as noticeable when you're just sitting in class doing dick all tbh.
