Good post. I have dealt with sleep apnea for many years now.
Some people, like myself, cannot use CPAP. I just never was able to sleep with the damn thing.
What works for me is a dental device that holds the lower jaw forward during sleep.
Device is called
Great article. Im 22 and was diagnosed with it when i was 21. Its crazy how big of a difference getting a CPAP machine made in my life. I wasn't near your (dc7's) size when i was diagnosed either. I am 6' Tall and i was about 210lbs at 11-12% BF. it runs in my family so just because you aren't bulked up, don't rule it out.

You can guess I suppose, but the study is just a take home test and it's nothing crazy. It's not like you have to spend a night at a hospital and get monitored overnight. Although, that may be recommended to you if you do get diagnosed with really bad sleep apnea.
I think some people who don't have full blown sleep apnea would still benefit from the CPAP machine if they are snorers or have airway issues. It just wouldn't be covered by insurance unless you could get a prescription from a doctor who says that you definitely have sleep apnea.
Hmm i deffiantly have sleep issues, my doctors seem to think i start having panic attacks (Bassically my heart seems to go faster/harder when i try sleep) and that causes sleep problems, Also i dont feel like i need sleep, I can stay up all night and go about my day as normal - Though i know this isnt helpful or healthy.
My doctors are useless though, They wont do anything, Anything you would reccomend to make them take notice and take tests/offer solutions?
Yeah I have central sleep apnea (really shitty version of sleep apnea where your brain tells your body to stop breathing) and I use an ASV (adaptive sero-ventilateur) more natural in my opinion than a CPAP.

CPAP is necessary for guys with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (what I have).
I don't care if it's natural or not lol I want to stay alive. Ya that version sucks for sure lol. At least you got it diagnosed and treated. That's a relief.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
