Had a lot to do the past couple of days so that's why I haven't updated the log.
Didn't have time to hit the gym that much either as I was attending some social events that lasted most of the day.
Just came back from the weeks first workout though. I'm still at approximately 86 kg. My abs might have become a little less visible. Hard to tell though.
I've focused a lot on my upper body the past 2 weeks and I'm beginning to notice the improvements. My strenght have gone up a great deal on my strict pull ups and hand stand push ups.
I didn't sleep at home Saturday so I didn't get my dose of MK or LGD not that I think it's gonna have an noticeable effect. Looking at how much I have left of MK and LGD I think I might have some to spare for some extra days.
Did a nice shoulder workout today and a hard hitting cardio workout after. Sometimes I fear that I'm working out a bit too much. Dont wanna be counterproductive.
it might just be a fluke but from yesterday til today I seem to have noticed a pretty significant negative change in the visibility of my abs. Will have to see the next couple of days if it turns out to be true and if so I will probably have to cut down a bit on my calorie intake.
My weight has been jumping a bit up and down probably due to the past days partying. I have been drinking quite a bit and eating less than i should an a little unhealthy so not the best days of my cycle. My weight has hit 87 and my abs have become a little less visible but I still think I can put on a decent amount of weight before considering cutting. We'll see
Hit a cardio workout saturday and a front squat and cardio workout today. Back on track!
It seems like I will have enough LGD to run the cycle some days extra so I'll keep the log open.
Hey Chance, So it seems you have come to the end of the LGD (Near enough im guessing) and have gained around 10 pounds (5kg), remained lean and still have another 30 days of MK left? (So could see further gains) , for 1 month that seems great.
Could you give a quick overview of wether you feel it was worth it / why etc?, any tips for someone doing it etc?.
Im really debating doing this exact cycle, adding things etc etc , not doing it at all im really in a crossroads as to what to do.
A full review of the first month would be great if you could.
@CFC: For sure. I'm just waiting til I'm done with my LGD cycle to do a full review with meassurements, total weight increase and possibly some pics
What I can say now is that it has definitely been worth it as I've packed on a ton of weight while staying lean. However, I've never actually completed a succesful cut and bulk before so I'm not quite sure to what degree it has helped me although if I had to guess I would say that it is not normal to take on this much weight yet stay as lean as I am without using anything.
Futhermore, I'm using both MK and LGD so it's near impossible for me to comment on what effect they've had on me individually.
The tough part has been keeping my appetite in check while reverse dieting and I've probably eaten a bit too much. The good thing about that is now that I'm starting to reach a higher daily calorie intake, it will become a lot easier for me to eat enough (have always had trouble eating in a calorie surplus).
Also, I haven't exactly noticed a huge increase strength wise. I was definitely expecting something more in that department but it can still come.
Today was shoulder workout. Pretty chill as I could still feel yesterdays workout in my body. Also, I'm studying for an exam on Thursday so time is limited.
Just a small note. Holy shit that EEA is just disgusting to drink (and smell). It completely ruins every shake I put it in.

Had an off day yesterday. Hit a deadlift workout followed by some cardio today.
I dont know why but I just look great today. My abs have somehow become more visible yet I'm still at 87 kg. I feel and look pretty great.
I've become a lot better at timing my carbs. take most of my carbs in a pre-workout shake and right after my workouts so I get 80% of my carbs when I can actually use it. Maybe this is why I seem to be getting a bit leaner. I need more days to see the progress though.
