So, dc7 hooked me up with the source for the product, which I got after only 2 days (awesome service) and then I decided that I might as well do a log now that I've started my LGD-4033/MK-677 cycle so that perhaps you guys could get some insight into how well it works.
Som info and stats for you guys: I'm 100% natural. I crossfit so I usually do 3-4 compund workouts a week and usually 1 hour of cardio after. I just finished a cut while on a Osta-red/Red-PCT cycle. I basically cut down from 88kg - 82kg keeping most of my muscle. I'm 6'2 and right now I weight 82 kg aprox 10-11% bf. Just started introducing a few carbs into my diet which is now on aprox 1900 calories. Will aim at reverse dieting my way back to 3200+. Some measurements: Waist: 91 cm Hip: 96 cm Chest: 99 cm Arm: 30 cm Thigh: 61 cm My lifts: Back Squat: 135 kg Deadlift 165 kg Bench press: 95 kg Shoulder Press: 67 kg The cycle: 25 mg MK-677 per day for 60 days 10 mg LGD per day for 30 days 1 RED-PCT pill for 30 days (while on LGD) and 2-3 pills for 30 days post LGD cycle. I'll probably only keep the log running as long as I'm researching LGD. Hope to update this 5 days per week at least. Let me know if there's anything you wanna know. 2017: 1

Thanks mate!
So I just returned from my first workout while on LGD (haven't event started MK yet) and I absolutely crushed it. Did 5x5 squat on 80% with some assisting excersises afterwards. Then I had 30 min break before doing this workout: 25 pullups 400 m run 20 thrusters (40 kg) 800 m run 20 thrusters 400 m run 25 pullups Afterwards I felt a huge surplus of energy while alle the other people I did the workout with was completely destroyed. I'm honestly very surprised and quite extatic because ostarine never kick in as hard as I felt LGD did today and I only just started today. It might be a placebo effect but I find it very unlikely 2017: 1

Day 2
Had an awesome workout again. Today was chest/shoulders and a cardio workout. I'm absolutely destroying my cardio workouts. I can go forever no problem. Upped my calories to 2000. I've been feeling very thirsty all day but that might be because of the hot weather in Denmark at the moment. Overall, feeling great! Edit: At 84 kg. Gone up 2 kg in 2 days. No visual difference 2017: 1

Day 3
Today I felt pretty destroyed in my lower body after the 2 previous days workouts so instead of hitting the gym I just went for a 6 km run. I hope I have time (and energy) for hitting the gym for a back workout tomorrow but my schedule is pretty tight as I'm working and going to a koncert so we'll see. I'm having some sleeping trouble at the moment. The hot weather forces me to keep a window open, which makes noise, so there might be other reasons than the MK or LGD for this. Again today I've been fucking thirsty all the time so I drank a lot of water. Might be the reason behind my weight explosion recently. I'm at 85.7 kg right now and that means I've gone up 3.7 kg (8 lbs) in 3 days only increasing my calorie intake from 1900 - 2100 (only about 1/5 being carbs). I'm still having difficulties seeing any visual difference but I guess my muscles look a little fuller. 2017: 1

Buy a couple of these mate: www.amazon.co.uk/Moldex-SparkPlugs%C2%AE...ords=sleep+ear+plugs Started using these a week ago, they're great and I sleep a lot deeper. Btw looking forward to seeing your results from LGD, do you plan on doing a pct? "Motivation is fleeting and easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. How about waking up to an alarm? Yeah. Right now I'm taking 1 pill of Red-PCT a day together with LGD. When my LGD cycle is done I'll do a full PCT cycle 2017: 1

I haven't had a problem with waking up to the alarm, it's usually loud enough to wake me up even tho I'm wearing ear plugs. Are you running MK with LGD now? @Dannn: Okay. I'll give it a try then. Yea i'm running both LGD and MK-677 right now.
Day 4 I managed to get an awesome workout done. 5x5 deadlift on 80% Mixed with some romanian deadlift and strict toes to bars afterwards. For my cardio I did the following workout: AMRAP 15 21 alt. dumbell snatch (20 kg) 21 burpees 21 pullups 21 dumbell squats (20 kg) The hunger effects of MK-677 seems to have hit me so I have to be careful that I dont start overeating. Although, it's not that I'm hungry all the time, it just seems like I can't get full. I just sat down eating so weighting myself now would not show anything. I'l weight myself when I return from the concert tonight 2017: 1

This is the stack i was thinking of running, though with Cardine as well.
Want to order soon but will be tempting to see how your run goes first. few questions How is your endurance / cardio with this stack? I was thinking of adding in Cardine so i can do cardio + weightlifting at a higher intensity but heard this stack does actually increase endurance anyway. How many RED pct have you ordered? You said 1 for 30 days then 2-3 for 30 days after so 1 PCT would be enough , are you doing anything else for PCT? How are you doing your cycle?, like this? 30 days LGD + MK + 1 Red PCT 30 days MK + 30 days PCT |

@CFC: My endurance in cardio is actually the aspect I've noticed the biggest improvement. I think 1 bottle of PCT should do it and yeah that's my cycle.
Day 6 I'm still very sore from doing DL and romanian DL so skipped my workout today. Instead I'm planing to do a shouldpress/ring dips workout tomorrow. Weight at 84.5. My meassurements have gone up 1 - 2 cm on my chest and arms and gone down 1 - 2 cm on my waist. 2017: 1

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
