Day 1 down can't sleep so thought I'd make a quick post
Squat and legs went well had to do back squat, box squat, rack pulls, walking lunges and some toes to bar and then 10 fucking 300m sprints was smoked by the end but felt like my aggression and training drive was up a bit and overall felt pretty damn good all day. Obviously too early to tell much but day 1 went well!
Took 3 Osta red and 1 pct this morning. I know half life 23~ hours but is there any reason to take this closer to workout? I workout around 3pm and take it when I wake up at 6am for work. Thanks!
The half life is 23.8 hours, once per day dosing is the most effective way to ensure you get the biggest peak in your blood plasma serum levels from Ostarine, so having your full day’s dose at the same time each day is ideal, whenever that may be. Taking it pre-workout vs. another time of day would make no difference.
Day 2 down solid workout overall noticing a good sense of well being. Good mental drive. Did bench, overhead press, floor press, tricep circuit with weighted diamond push ups. Then 1.5 mile max effort run. 1 mile run, .5 mile run.
Also notice the looks in the gym cause I keep a solid pump.
Week 1 down... Must say really liking this stuff so far. Hasn't impeded sprints or cardio actually feel like it's helping. Lifting feels awesome I am vascular and maintain a solid pump notice more looks in the gym and a slight aggression which I really like. Overall well being is up aswell. Absolutely no sides to report as of now. ill start uploading weekly progress pics aswell.
Another week down still loving it. Noticing a slight itchiness in nipples which raises concerns but I'm being aware of it might get some arimidex and nolva for safety. I'll post progress pics too but all in all feel like my inner drive is up, strength is moving up and injuries are starting to get better can't complain. While getting a bit leaner
Still crushing it on Osta, not a huge daily poster as obvious by my lack of updates. No negatives so far. Itchy nipples thing was an isolated incident over a day or so probably unrelated. As it has gone away. Should try to go to bed I have a 50# ruck run tomorrow... But wanted to make a post because I got my roommate to order it too!
