whats up guys? want thoughts on getting ripped quick.
1. could I combine osta-red with ephedra? 2. gonna be hitting moderate pace cardio six days a week and working chest/back then legs/shoulders/arms/3 times a week. im 5ft 9 170 right now and waist is 32.5 |

1. yeah you can combine anything for quicker results bro but I wouldnt combine osta-red and ephedra -- it might give you some anxiety. you might react different though bro, that was just my experience
Youre better off cutting out carbs and just taking the osta-red (thats what I did when i tried out the osta) When you cut out carbs your body goes into ketosis which essentially burns fat as fuel **note: nutritional ketosis is DIFFERENT than diabetic ketoacidosis which can be life threatening so absolutely do NOT completely cut carbs out if you are a diabetic!** Also if you have fears of going into ketosis or wondering if carbs are essential to survival: No they are not an essential for survival Carbohydrates are not an essential nutrient Essential nutrients are:
**energy comes from glucose, which is a simple sugar that comes from carbs, and you need glucose to survive, HOWEVER glucose can be created from fats and proteins Meaning: if you cut out carbohydrates you MUST eat high fat and high protein ***protein without fat is actually toxic to the body and will cause rabbit starvation (protein poisioning) So cook everything in butter bro! (thats what I do) When you cut out carbs your body will literally MELT fat Here's a pic of me after only a week or two when I was taking osta-red and eating around <25g carbs a day (for reference, a banana is about 25g/carbs): 2. idk if this is a quesion lol but in reponse to your #2 i would switch that up dude: lift 4-6 days a week and do cardio 3 times a week just to sweat Cardio does NOT burn fat (very minimal) - DIETING is what causes weight loss Hope this helps bro! - Mike P.S. - i was a successful personal trainer btw, ACE certified/ISSA certified and also was an EMT in the state of Pennsylvania so I know my health shit, so you know ur getting reliable information not just a "meat head" even though I am a meat head haha [The above is not medical advice and should not be substituted for such from a medical professional. Eat at a calorie deficit. No Style of diet will do shit if youre not eating at a deficit. Get ripped fast = sacrificing more muscle by cutting calories more drastically early on vs. Slowly tapering them down. Cardio will increase in duration and number of sessions at an accelerated rate as well per week if you want to get ripped faster. ECA stack would be good with ostarine yes.
