Woke up and got some cardio in then had made a Omelette with four eggs, a handful of cheese, and a slice of ham. Had two raw eggs for my next meal and then had a can of tuna followed that up with a another can of tuna later.
Killed some cardio in the morning then went and made an omelette with 5 eggs some cheese and a one slice of ham. Then had a can of tuna and followed it up with another can of tuna for my last meal. Got a really good workout in, and I can notice an increase in strength.

Got my Dutch chocolate Isopure today! Started the day with some good cardio then went and made an omelette with about half a cup of peanuts, almonds and pistachios. Had a isopure protein shake the dutch chocolate taste smoother than the Colombian coffee in my opinion. Then had a can of tuna. Got a good workout in with my dude he's liking the Osta-Red haha. Came back and had another Isopure shake. For my last meal I had 4 pieces of chicken with red beans and rice and some corn. Got another great workout in after.
