ive done some background reading and have seen some posting about sarms have to be suspended to be effective and pill forms of sarms are not effective?

and that sarms are not bioavailable in pill form?

anybody else come across this info?

im not saying i believe it, i just got my bottle today and the comments about pill form vs suspended in liquid, caught my eye.

at the end of the day - all this stuff is powder (from China, mind you).

we put the powder in caps (dosed accurately, which is the big sell)
the liquid solutions put the powder in a bottle and dissolve it

i gotcha. im not bashing your product. like i said in another thread, ive bought a lot from GLL and liked all of it. i even use the black african soup and love it.

i got my bottle of ostarine today and im so pumped to start it.

ive taken my first dose, eaten LITERALLY 900 cals in carbs (fries, tater tots) and have no disconnected, lethargic - just wanna lift like an animal. could it be placebo? maybe.

the $$$ isnt an issue, so, running clomid from (instand-online-generics) and an OTC test boost, good enough? or complete overkill.

You'll like it. The stuff works great for a 'supplement'.

Use the clomid if you have it and are concerned with PCT.
Clomid is a bad mood waiting to happen for some though

now, how do you know if you even need a PCT?

bad mood, shrunk balls, lack of erection?

i dont mind spending the $$$$ on it but i dont wanna pump my body full of it, if its not necessary.

Very few people will need a PCT afterwards @OP

Balls shrinking will only come back to normal soon afterwards.
Only time you really need a PCT from SARMs suppression will if you start to notice signs of low test (dick not working as well, lethargic and slighty depressed and all that) otherwise your HTPA will return to normal quite quickly

The fact that one Osta might be suspended in an oil won't change how it will be digested and processed through the body. It still needs to go through the same process and won't change the bioavailability at all as its still the EXACT same chemical.

But I did my Ostarine "cycle" with sub 100 testosterone levels and I felt great the entire time
