I heard that vitamin D was good for bone, immune, and muscle health. Right now, I'm currently taking one vitamin D supplement a day that has 1,000 IU's. I heard it was best to consume about 5,000 to 6,000 IU's daily for muscle health and testosterone. Can I take all 5,000 IU's at once, or should I spread it out throughout the day? I also heard that people have trouble sleeping if they take it right before bed. Any suggestions, please help!
I take 3 doses of 2000 IU all at once, with breakfast. So 6000 total. I even swallow the 3 capsules at once because they're really small. I don't spread them out or take them before bed so no help on that.
Can you get a blood test online? , I know you can get hormone panel which i will be doing soon , But i also want to check minerals / vitamins etc so i know what i should be eating etc and to know if there is anything i should be fixing.
I take 4000 for breakfast 4000 for dinner. If you are out in the sun alot you would need less because your body produces it with sun exposure. This is THE ONLY supplement my doctor recommended me to take when asked.
