Looking for guidance and advice on any foods and/or over-the-counter dietary supplements to help with some injuries I've sustained and looking to recover as quickly as possible.
Left Knee (soon-to-be medically examined), two years old. [running/resistance training]
RIght Wrist (unknown), two years old. [overhead barbell press]
RIght Shoulder (Insertional Tendinitis, Bursitis), one year old. [resistance training and too little rest]
So far what I've been doing for said injuries is icing, hot baths, taking NSAIDs, Joint Complex (Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM), and Cissus Quadrangularis (3-6g). Shoulder seems to be doing better, although there is still a click when I adduct my arm after abducting it above shoulder height every so often. Soon I'll be entering physical therapy once I receive an official referral from an orthopedic surgeon.
Left knee is puzzling as I feel a "snapping" motion as if tendons/ligaments are sliding each over on the upper left side of my patella. The other feeling is harder to describe. Being in my early 20s I shouldn't be able to "feel" my joint when I move or even stand for that matter.
Everything will be medically examined one at a time as soon as can be. I'll update my findings as I go forward. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Add collagen for sure, Sam E also helps. I'm 40 with various injuries in different healing stages & nitric oxide makes my joints feel lubed. You might also want to google a.r.t. technique to see if there is a practitioner in your area.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
