I want to make a list of everything you can do, that is 'safe' (so no steroids), to stimulate facial hair growth (and UP testosterone in general).
So far, this is what I know already: Vitamin D (btw, does a tanning bed provide vitamin D?) Vitamin B7 Vitamin B8 Plenty of sleep Weight lifting, sprinting silly things: moisterizing, cleansing, toning(wtf is that?) skin, facial steaming To you guys, what can I add to that list? (and going deeper into what is already on it, can't hurt either) |

Zinc
Minoxidil TRT (from a doctor) just inject T ffs ![]() If you have the gentics to get a nice beard T will bring it out fast,. Some guys can make decent Beard gains with Minoxidil, for others it only fucks up the skin. |

Yes, tanning beds provide vitamin D, but not nearly enough. Use a supplement. The biggest player is minoxidil. However, each phase facial hair goes through takes about 3 months, and if you're starting from stratch with no vellus hair or anything, it can easily take 6-12 months before you start seeing satisfying results - if it works for you, that is. I'm pretty satisfied with what minoxidil has done for me so far, but I had a good deal of facial hair to begin with. Zinc -> taking that together with magnesium (supplement)
Minoxidil TRT (from a doctor) -> TRT is testosterone right? just inject T ffs -> testosterone? I'm not injecting needles in my body. period. I was wondering about minoxidil. I've watched a couple of videos and I saw that people with hair loss lose their hair if they stop using minoxidil. Do you also lose your facial hair -that only grew because of minoxidil- when you stop using minoxidil? Or is it permanent? (I also have no genetics for hair loss, looking at my dad) |

While I agree that using test just to get facial hair is really stupid, sometimes you gotta use unconventional methods if you want unconventional results Change. That's sometimes the price to beat your genetics. Some people loose the hair after minoxidil, some don't. I plan on doing maintenance doses a couple of times each week when I'm satisfied. I think there's a good chance I'd reach a full beard in 5 years or so, so until then I'm using minoxidil. When assessing genetics for hair loss look on your mothers side, not your fathers. really? well I think I'm safe there too
![]() When I started taking creatine, I started growing a BOOB. Obviously I'm sensitive to that shit, imagine what steroids could do to me. Also, could you check the pics I posted in OP, and tell me more about the 'phases facial hair goes through' -> what phase would I go through and such |

How can you ever compare creatine to testosterone, those have zero things in common lol. phases of hair -> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_hair_growth "Motivation is fleeting and easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Only that they affect my hormone levels. Creatine did that in a negative way. I don't see how steroids would be positive.

This is a myth, or doesn't hold true for all cases. No males on my mum's side are bald, uncles and grandpa (65+) still have hair but the males on my dad's side are all bald. I'm thinning real bad at 20 yrs old, started at 18. PS: I don't think your beard hair will fall out after stopping minox, i done the same thing and have retained it. Creatine literally has zero affect on your hormone levels. For facial hair, you want to supplement with Biotin and Zinc...they might help. Some times you have to wait a few years to grow any facial hair worth a shit. For some guys it takes time. Some guys will never be able to grow anything substantial. this definitely, I don't know where people got that idea but i"m in the same boat, no significant hair loss on my mother's side but on my father's it's very significant. I similar to everyone else read that myth online and hoped I was safe but nope, basically started receding at freaking 19 and it became undeniable at 20 that I definitely suffer from hair loss. ps for op, zinc and biotin should help. I was thinking about this. I don't doubt Change. Theres alot of supplements out there that are or are contaminated with prohormones, without being clearly marked as such. Places like GNC are notorious for that. Also interesting thread. I generally rock the beard but I have to shave it off once a month for my Army drill weekend. It'd be nice if I could get it to grow back faster (while I'm off cycle) EVERYBODY PITIES THE WEAK; JEALOUSY YOU HAVE TO EARN

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
