From my experience: finding a way to decrease your sex drive can decrease the amount of willpower required to abstain from fapping.
My fat loss diet helped me in this regard: noFAP success came naturally to me without trying on my diet when I had less sex drive. Now I'm on day 40 of noFAP and I'm back on a calorie surplus since like 15 days ago. my sex drive's been regained, but mentally I'm more powerful and I don't think there's any chance of relapsing if I don't want to. |

I think a big part of my problem is that I'm only starting on a quest to get more pussy, and have followed the advice of getting an online dating profile, but my issue with online dating is that I never get anything from it. I live in a country in which the attitude of women is a very magnanimous one. I'm not even getting dates, which would take my mind off the need to go near any porn. I'm trying to beat approach anxiety aswell so the online dating I thought would help me in interacting more with women. I don't think i'm ugly, nothing special but I should be able to get dates with 5s and 6s online.

Online dating (unless you're good looking, have a great physique, have tats or an edge) is gonna be full of frustration. Frustration leads to porn when you get fed up. Like you said you're just starting out - this stuff takes time. The average transformation time takes 3 months (for guys that are already ahead) to a year. Sometimes more but very rare if you're following Chris's advice right. My opinion, stay off the online dating and focus on your style, hit the gym hard, eat till you get to the size you want, get your dick bigger, and crush your porn habits. This will give you confidence that you didn't think was possible. Get rid of this "I don't think I'm ugly, nothing special" bullshit - shoot for the stars and you won't ever have to settle for 5s and 6s. The top 5% of guys get everything - everyone else gets "lucky" once every blue moon with some drunk slut who just blew a guy in the bathroom twenty minutes before making out with them. Then work on your anxiety (if you have any) and go out and get laid. Online dating should always be on the backburner - think about it as something you don't need but comes through every now and then. For now, you're only wasting your time. Every girl wants my d. If she thinks she doesn't, she just doesn't know it yet.

That's some great advice.
As someone who has struggled a ton with porn and depression in the past, I can say this. Get that dopamine going. Yeah improving your life will help and increase dopamine. But porn watching comes from a place of low confidence. The top shelf guys fuck on the nights that average guys are fucking. I've managed to pull a lot of girls from online dating because I recognize how attractive I am, present myself well in clothes, and have spent so much damn time in front of the mirror in the life that I am a narcissist who takes great pictures. My advice: Make sure you're getting enough dopamine Weight lifting, eating lots of protein frequently, occasionally getting some blueberries, cold showers, meditation, positive affirmations, broaden your social circle, vitamin d supplements, any other supplements you're lacking in, eat tons of veggies which will clear up your body, complexion, and brain. For some reason I was the same sex drive wise, but lately I have been eating more fat, taking Zinc and lifting weights, still losing weights but sex drive has gone up like crazy. Approaching girls on the street just makes me hornier when I get home. Whilst in Thailand I had no access to porn and didn't hit on any girls because I was with family and I didn't jerk off for like a week and a half. Lately I have been jerking off like 1-3 times a night, but trying to avoid looking at porn, I end up looking at photos of facebook. but it's all the same shit, all mental fantasy.
