I havent been to this site in a long time I found this site in my bookmarks. I was reading over some of the post's on the site and the more i read the more depressed i get because I try to lose weight and for every pound i lose i gain 2 pounds. all i eat is rough
I am currently yo-yoing between 295-300 and I only eat like 1200 calories.
i weigh 295-300 pounds
I eat roughly 12000-1500 calories
I do lift three times a week the compound lifts
I believe my protein is about 160
fat: about 200
I believe my calories are the rest of the 1200-1500 calories
3 large eggs 1 cup oatmeal protein powder 1 tbls unsweetened coco powder
8 oz chicken breast brown rice
8 oz chicken breast
Water in between all meals

By the way, 160g protein plus 200g fat equals 2,440 calories, and that’s not even counting carbohydrates.
