I've been doing a fair bit of research on the topic of microdosing mushrooms, as well as lsd. I recently got some mushies to give it a try. Supposedly the effects are along the line of reduced anxiety, increased creativity/confidence and better cognitive function/ thought process's.
I've been doing them every second day in a dose of .2-.3 grams, which at first I thought would have zero effect. But I am noticing pronounced effects on my speech patterns and how well I can communicate with other people(increased memory, better use of hand gestures, sentences flow better)..I've noticed it's easier to comprehend topics, as I took a microdose a day before a test at school studied for three hours and took in everything i read. Without much prior knowledge on the exam from not paying attention/ being lazy in class. I did manage to get a 76, which where I am from is a B.
I tried a suduko while microdosing, it was much easier, and took me about 6 minutes to complete, it was rated moderate difficulty
Not much effect on anxiety, but creativity was much better.
I plan to continue microdosing for a while to see what long term benefits I can reap from them. short term have been very nice so far!
I've read good things about that too. I think the best would probably be to take some and then meditate and introspect in a safe and comfortable setting. The good thing about shrooms and LSD is that the tolerance goes away in a week.

I've been hearing more and more about depression being treated with ayahuasca and psilocybin. Unfortunately I'm in Korea where even some vitamins are illegal, but I'd be really interested to hear about your experience OP

Micro dosing pysches are great. Bit of a buzz all day, can concentrate a bit better and generally a bit happier.
BTW, a few strains of psilocybin mushrooms grow in korea. squeeze the stem, if it starts to turn blue after a few minutes. good to eat.
yeah I'm very interested, been reading about this for a while, however sourcing them in the UK is hard.I have looked into 1plsd and microdosing, currently reading books about lsd.
Have microdosed 1plsd and it seems to really help with anxiety however I'm not sure if it is a placebo effect.
I read this post yesterday and give it a shot. I was pretty surprised by the results. Not any reduction in anxiety, but in situations where I was normally comfortable with talking I became VERY talkative. My mood dramatically improved also, and talking on the phone at work was much more fun and egaging. Definitely was having some funny ideas during the day also. I didn't feel high at all, which was great.
I slept exceptionally well, and woke up feeling much more rested than I typically do even though I only slept 6 hours and until 6am. Woke up from a very heartfelt dream with a couple of tears in my eye, and though the subject matter was painful it felt good and cathartic. Didn't have to be up early, but woke up feeling ready to go and knocked out some KB swings reeeeeal early. I usually I put them off.
So all in all, very interesting. I'll continue doing this mondays, wednesdays, and fridays to see if the effects are sustainable.
So far the mushrooms have been great, consistantly dosing every second day. although today in class I only took a .3 and I was looking at a diagram the teacher had on the smart board and it was growing and shrinking every so slightly... I almost turned to my buddy and asked if he saw the picture doing the same thing before i realized I would have sounded like I was mental hahahahaha.
I haven't noticed any positive effect on anxiety, but I am overall more happy the days I microdose. Then the day after it's just back to normal. thought process's also consistantly function better, and I have more energy through out the entire day
I have noticed that the initial two hours I do feel kinda high, but after that it feels like an enhanced day. but don;t get me wrong those two hours are awesome !! I am still fully functionable during these two hours as well which is nice.
this weekend I plan on doing a 2-3 gram dose and writing the day off. I'll post my experience in this thread
Btw I bought a bath mate to try and see how it works, got the x20. Anyone got any good makeshift Idea's for the shower strap that holds the bathmate up so I canwash myselfand not have to hold it the entire time??
