Tryed Kanna for the first time recently and must say im surprised it hasnt gotten more attention. Though i havent been really depressed in awhile i felt it was important to post this to encourage others to try. I found personally the best way to take it was to smoke it. The initial effects seemed very stimulating for around 15 - 20 minutes then fell into a very pleasant calmness, thats the best way i could describe it. I didnt have any urge to redose and it didnt really get me " high " so the potentiol for addiction is very low. Once again i have to thank GLL for leading me to this product as ive never heard of it before.

Interesting, how do you smoke it? Can you vape it?
I've snorted some 40x Kanna extract several times and for me the mood enhancing effect was brief, like 40 min max. Perhaps there's some subtle lingering effect after that that I didn't pay attention to. |

I just smoke it in a regular bowl. Im sure a waterbong would be a lot better though as the smoke can be a little harsh. Like you i snorted it the first time i tryed it and didnt get much results. Most people will have to redose periodically throughout the day.
