We can name random activities all day long but the truth is that it takes hard work discovering what you like to do. It's dependent on a lot of factors such as your ambitions and goals in your life and what you find fun.
I was flamed for giving this advice in another thread because OP was too lazy to find out himself, but it's the truth none the less. It takes experimentation, and this is something you can't jump the fence on if you finding something you truly enjoy doing is important to you. "Motivation is fleeting and easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, you don't even have to chase after it.
Discipline is reliable, motivation is fleeting. The question isn't how to keep yourself motivated, it's how to train yourself to work without it." |

I completely agree with you on this. OP, you should get off the net and start trying things YOU have had interest in over the years that you never tried. A few years back, I always wanted to shoot guns, but never did. I decided one day to just go purchase one and since I pulled by first trigger, I have been hooked! I now have a small arsenal at my house. You've got to step out of your comfort zone and just try new things. You would be surprised how much cool shit you can experience if you just try. just like you come to realize surfing the net brings on a sense of hopelessness, you'll soon experience the opposite, but it will be alotta trial & Error. If you look hard enough you'll find plenty of things to do. There's a ton of stuff on this site...there for the taking. Experimenting is part of the fun, enjoy the process

If you still got AA, you can go out and do the AA program. Kiling approach anxiety is a good time investment.

Make a list. Seriously, make a list of EVERYTHING you've wanted to do in your life, big or small. It's not so much of doing it all right now, it's doing something. Not sure of your logistics, but I can definitely say sight seeing and going new places will open your eyes up to new things, new experiences, (and in my experience) new women. It's all fun, just have at it. good luck "What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others remains and is immortal."

I think this is a great idea. Also, different environments and people will give you inspiration. "Motivation is fleeting and easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, you don't even have to chase after it.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
