Definitely don't take phenibut everyday unless you want your life to become extremely shitty. The last thing you want is to have to get off phenibut and withdraw from that.

I keep hearing and understand this advice, but I personally don't feel anything on phenibut, at least taking up to 4 grams hasn't affected me. 2017 Goals.

Odd that I forget this because my psychiatrist is so about medication, I forget to think about what's causing it. Chemical imbalance without an external trigger is possible in some situations, but regardless, it is worth analyzing my situation to determine if my emotions are a signal that my settings require working on or not. Definitely don't plan to take antidepressants forever, and stopping them has never gotten me withdrawals, not saying it can't happen though. It caused memory issues for me so I need to switch to a different kind. But as training wheels for my emotions, I am not opposed to taking them and I don't care how long I need to take them, even if it is a lifetime, just saying hypothetically I'm okay with doing that if it turns out necessary. 2017 Goals.

My mood has been better than any time in the past several years. It's taken a lot of hard knocks and work to manage it. I felt some pretty lows of apathy, depression, anger, loneliness, all of it in about the past 2-3 years.
Been taking antidepressants and some meds which have been helping. Sunlight exposure and going out for fresh air, mild cardiovascular exercise as well. Being closer to my family. Psychiatrist and therapist and neurologist. Sort of found a good life path to follow this past week to, which has alleviated a lot of stress. Knowing what I'm doing with my life now. And having a solid back up plan too! Getting back into working out and gaming (seduction) too, since I couldn't for a while due to medical issues. Reading a LOT, this is helpful I think. I enjoy reading and it is very calming and relaxing, plus the quality of books matters. I've read maybe 14 books in the past 10 days. 2017 Goals.

@Mithril - Nice! Have you also been doing everything else you can to get your body working right? Figuring out deficiencies, root causes, etc.?
Often times antidepressants and medications are great to get back on track but not necessarily a long-term solution.
