It's a very new site and my first site ever, but I'm working on it everyday. If I don't have a computer nearby, I'm usually scribbling down ideas and rough drafts on pieces of paper.
inakaintheheart.com/ Inaka In the Heart. Basically, I'm living in Japan in the countryside. In Japanese, countryside is called, "Inaka" ("ee-nah-kaa"). Many, many Japanese people live in the countryside only to survive to the next day. Never really breaking out and exploring and trying new things. I'm not being mean about it, but it's certainly a closed-off mindset they've got. I always talk with my foreigner friends here about "being inaka" or having that inaka heart / inaka mindset. So I chose that name. My goal now is to get 2 really good blog posts up that have affiliate links in them. I've never done affiliate marketing, so I want to make it work. I have pages of ideas for reviews on products I've used and highly recommend to others. It'll take some time to get these ones out, but I'll work non-stop till it's completed. Also gotta add in MailChimp. Good Looking Loser, B&D (thank you, BADNET), RealChristianMcQueen, and dozens others have inspired me to make my own living off blogging. It's new, but check it out and tell me what you think. Thanks! |

Have you researched on how much demand is in this field?
Its a narrow field for sure. If there is a demand, is it profitable. Really put thought into that. |

Always good advice. Thank you, Jackk.
I have put thought into that, actually. Living in Japan & Dating in Japan are very niche subjects. Thankfully, it's a subject matter I know about well and I know there is a market for it too. However, I'm going to be careful on how much of that subject matter I post. I don't want to alienate my audience. So I'll post on that stuff and about more general stuff that anyone can use (even those without an interest in traveling to Japan). |

I just created a new Resources Page for my site and I could use some advice on it...
inakaintheheart.com/quality-resources/ 1. Within the first 8 seconds of seeing the page, what's your initial opinion? Just say it honestly. 2. Is the page easy to navigate? 3. Anything else you'd like to say about it? If you got time, you can also check out my main page and answer the three questions for that page too. thank you for your help, guys. - Laurence |

Not bad but I would change a couple of things:
Get rid of the widgets in the footer. (They look out of place to me) Add top posts to your sidebar instead of the tags. The tags serve a purpose but look ugly. Top posts is hidden at the bottom of the page where very few people will ever see it. Easy Money: How I Recommend Beginners Get Started Making Money Online

Good ideas, Thohon. I think I'll work on my widget placement and see if I can make it look a little better. |

Overall, the site is visually appealing.
I'd get rid of the text, "Random Posts" that's at the top of the page. As a first-time visitor to your site it makes me think your site is just a collection of random posts and mishmash with no unifying theme. I'd lose interest immediately. On the top widget I'd put the "Best free dating apps in Japan", the book review, and the phenibut review before the other photos. New visitors to your site would hopefully click on those and you'd get sales from that whereas regular readers are gonna scroll down past that right away anyway. Even though I'm not part of the target audience for your niche the "Best free dating apps in Japan" slide got my attention because it's such a specific topic. If I was single and thinking of going to Japan I'd definitely check it out. This is what makes me think it should be the first slide. Keep up the good work. |

There is definitely a market for people looking to move/live in Japan. One thing you should fix before you make any more content is your design.
There is a good chance that people that would otherwise be interested in your writing and material are being turned away by the shitty design. Tinker with the theme settings, look for ways to get the most out of the theme you bought, or consider getting a new one altogether. I remember the first time around paying $50 on a theme that looked horrendous in practice and was so damn hard to tweak. A good one with a framework built in will run you around $100 or so. |

Good stuff man. Niche blogs have the potential to make decent coin, although it takes quite a while to get there. Patience goes a long way, and that's coming from my experience.
The first thing I thought of is a website 'A Farang Abroad.': afarangabroad.com/ He makes decent money from the site, and its entertaining as hell. I'd recommend you use a similar style in terms of writing and advertising. I would also HIGHLY recommend you put on an ebook. Essentially you would break down exactly how men can go to Japan and have a kickass lifestyle. Quite a few guys have books like this, although I haven't seen one for Japan. |

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
Kratom is next!
