From monday untill now i've been doing the day 10 drills
Things I noticed -I'm starting to build momentum again -I still find it hard to do approach when it gets medium busy in the mall even just asking for the time Overall my i'm pleased with how i'm performing i only want to the drills faster now and in more busy areas From now on: -i will go later to the mall so i can get used to the busyness and do approaches -Need to watch my hands cause i touch my chin and nose a lot as a nervous tic i guess -Watch voice tonality and speak clearer cause I've had a few times where a girl wanted me to repeat the question cause she didn't hear it properly. Gonna continue doing day 10 untill i get it right! |

Yo Nate, nice to see that you are still pushing your comfort zone! Don´t get discouraged by the fact that a certain day is causing problems - it took me 5 days to really rock through day 11 and about 3 days for day 9 or so. As long as you are going out you are moving forward!
At that stage you don´t even need to worry about "voice tonality" or what you are doing with your hands etc. Like Chris said these are things that automatically come with more social freedom and less anxiety in social situations. In the beginning worrying about this is going to fuck with your head and get you more into your internal dialouge. |

yeah thanks man there ain't no quitting if i dont do the drills and stay home i feel anxious and want to do the drills haha |

Havent updated in awhile but still doing Day 10 drills only hit a rough patch on friday when i could only do 1.5 sets.
So on monday i'm gonna start trying day 11 and gonna keep my log up everyday again |
