- Got incredibly fucked up yesterday. Did one set of Day 9 today nevertheless.
Things I noticed:
- Like I've already mentioned yesterday evening/night was completely ridiculous, felt weird, anxious, negative, depressed and nervous today and met up with some people to ease some of the tension.
- Did the drill on 2-3 women on my way so nothing fancy. I have been going out for 2 weeks straight now without pausing and will continue that until mid of this week. Then I'll be away for one week and resume the program afterwards.
- Seems like less anxiety automatically leads to better body language & tonality and to better results (even though I do not really care about them but it just became very obvious) meaning my conversations last much longer than at the beginning. I spit some questions or statements out completely naturally for example today:
- Approached some girl and asked for the time, then if she's been at a nearby restaurant and she said she has not but she tried to explain how I can get there nevertheless. She got stuck mid through and excused herself as she isn't a local. I said 'Well seems like we're both lost out here;)" to which she responded where she is from which led to some quick chit-chatting. Nothing special just some casual small talk but this seems to happen more and more.
