You are killing it btw I had the same thing with answering the phone so my recommendation is dont answer your phone! I stopped doing that cause my friends like to talk A LOT and then 20-30 min will go by without approaching any and it will kinda kill my state.

What did I do today?

Did 4 sets of this. Was not that hard. Things I noticed: - Good day, was quite fast (about 35-40) minutes - Less excusing - Quiet during the interaction, sticked to my guns - Some girls (mainly women between 16 and 40) were quite nice and one or two (cant really remember) even started asking questions themselves (Which exam?..) and congratulated me on passing, some were quite indifferent (mainly the unattractive ones), one woman told me that she does not really drink alcohol - sticked to my guns and asked her which kind she would recommend nevertheless; she stayed polite and told me she doesn't know |

- Catched a freakin cold on friday I guess, because now I am feelin like shit, stuffy nose, having a sore throat etc. and the weather gets worse and worse. It´s like summer and according to the weather forecast every day within the next week there are temperatures below 10°C and rain all day. And in 4 days I m goin to another country where I will certainly have no chance to do the drills - so about 10 days without doing any drills FUCK! - Feelin quite down atm |

Like I said - paused for 10 days - resumed the program on day 12 (used to be on day 14). What did I do today? - Time, leave. - Time, Is there a shop that sells candles around?, leave. - Time, is there a shop that sells candles around?, I´m planning sth. for my girl friend, leave. - Time, is there a shop that sells candles around?, I´m planning sth. for my girl friend, I´m like the best boy friend ever, leave. Things I noticed: - First time doing the drills after 10 days pause, was extremely anxious and nervous in the morning, wanted to quit the program so bad you cannot imagine - really did not think I would seriously continue, so I m quite proud atm - Very positively surprised, very very low anxiety (took some phenibut to ease the restart of the program but nevertheless) - Cannot recall any girls I approached except for 1 or 2 - Conversations really dont need to be smooth or make sense, does not matter one bit - it is ridiculous how fucked up our view of talking to women is from movies etc. - On vacation I realized how bad I want social freedom - feels like I´m living inside a (mental) prison, because I cannot approach any girl I want to |

Things I noticed: - Was not feeling it today somehow, got the drill done nevertheless of course - Finally a little better weather - Just sth. funny: I always listen to the audios while I am walking to the city centre. While Chris was telling the story about the white obese trash females who honked at him and the model without any apparent reason, I was crossing the street and some woman inside a jeep who was driving way too fast honked at me with no apparent reason haha - I have already crossed the street and she could have passed without any problems. - Some chick I was talking to today was very nervous, her hands were shaking when she looked on her cell phone to tell me the time. |

What did I do today?
- Met with my ex today - Tried the high-fives Things I noticed: - Met with her because she is about to leave the country for quite a while; still get on very very well with her (probably the only girl I am able to talk to for more than 5 hours and not feel bored), still looks hot and logistics would have been perfect but I just pussied out and could not escalate one bit, completely forgot how good I had it with her (know that that sounds needy) - probably not gonna see her again as I am also leaving this city in a few months - Also pussied out on the high fives - Not feeling well at all now actually a bit depressed somehow - Need to fuckin crush AA - I am growing more and more impatient with this mother fucker |

What did I do today?
- Tried to give 1 girl a High Five. - Did some random shit (random drills) or just social tension stuff to get a little bit out of my comfort zone. Things I noticed: - High fiving is an extreme sticking point of me. Before every other day I thought like "Okay that drill is hard but doable", today it was like "OMG I can never do that" - feels like the gap between Day 13 and 14 is too big for me. - Felt weak today, got in there nevertheless with the first girl and tried to give her a high five. She looked funny at me and went away. Was extremely embarrassed even though nobody was around, felt nearly like pain. Probably the moment of highest social discomfort since starting the program. - Could not continue with the high fives afterwards because I got into more crowded areas. Did Day 13 (Do you know what time it is? Is there a shop around that sells good wine? I passed an exam. Which one would you recommend?) once there and I think Day 9 or so and some random social tension stuff like "standing in narrow crowded areas without moving for half a minute". Did it like 5-6 times or so, one old women was looking at me all funny and I heard two women talking "He just stood there for half a minute or so without moving" like I was a total creep. - I´m struggling quite a lot with the program |

What did I do today?
- Paused today, was so hungover from yesterday. - Went out yesterday/today. Things I noticed (during the night): - Social Freedom with alcohol is quite tight (much better than it used to be 1 month ago) - "Building momentum" is fuckin money, once I approached the first few people (both male and female - but only females with sexual intent haha) I nearly felt no anxiety anymore - Approached for example two girls towards the end of the night (funny thing is that they were the exact kind of girls that used to extremely intimidate me in former days: loud, obnoxious, hot, tough) had lots of fun with them - High fived some random people Gonna pause tomorrow too due to family. |

What did I do today?
- Got 5-6 High-Fives. (Basically like "Directions, High Five, leave.") Things I noticed: - This drill is giving me a really hard time, high five is surprisingly also not that well known where I am from. - My motivation is currently extremely low and my anxiety unusually high - dont really know why. - Did these after initial small talk for a few seconds like "U know where I can find XYZ? - Yeah it´s like ... - Hey thank you *high five*" - Did it in not that crowded parts of the town, because I could not have done it on the main street. - The first high five I got was from an acceptable looking chick; felt completely electrified after I got the first one, like my muscles cramped and so on; in other words I got an extreme physical reaction even though I was "successful" - this drill is fuckin hardcore probably like the biggest sticking point for me |
