On bday drill, is "i dont know" an acceptable answer? I drilled about 35 girls today and at least half of them thought for like ten seconds and gave an I dont know. Should I have kept asking or is the 3 times just chicks who are like "what? Do you even know my birthday? What do I want for my bday?" Etc. ?

another question....where is an OK stopping point with the drills? do we really need to do all 12+ weeks to consider ourselves capable of screening approaches for good? i imagine week 12 looking something like
-tap woman on boob, show gun - tap woman on boob, hold up gun to her head, say give me all your money -tap woman on boob, hold up gun, say give me all your money, then pull the trigger -tap woman on boob, hold up gun, say give me all your money, the pull the trigger, thanks. i dont know if i'm ready to kill anyone. if i can get away with stopping at 9 weeks with the GLL stamp of approval, i would. before you succeed at anything, you must first believe it is possible.

Chris,
A quick question. I find myself modifying the drills and making them harder. I don't mean to, but it just sort of happens; I think it's my nerves. Example: I was supposed to do the "Time and have you been there" drill for day 9, but I ended up tacking on a "Did you like it" out of reflex, instead of walking away immediately. I just felt very conversational and cool about it. I will redo the entire drill if you (chris) think I did something wrong. Opinions? |

I know this question has already been asked by Matt for example, just checking in whether I have understood everything.
Say somebody has a lot of time for the drills (4-8 hours a day), what would be the most productive way to use the time? Doing the drill again and again, doing more than one drill per day or is there another way? |

I got a 2 questions about AA program.
#1 http://www.goodlookingloser.com/approach-anxiety-program/ Do you really mean 3 weeks? Or maybe this is typo and he beated AA in 3 months? #2 Is it "forbidden" to hit on chicks after you do AA drills? eg. Day X I have done 30 AA drills. I am walking home. BOOM! I see good looking chick and I approach her. I am not a native speaker. If I write some 'errors' please correct me

Thank you Chris for putting togather what seems to be excellent program for beating approach anxiety.
My situation is like this: in my city students suddenly move back home and people go to vacations during the summer so city is dead from 15th July - 25th August. During that time I will have at least 3x less girls on streets. I will still see hot girls, enough to do 1-2 direct approaches per day, but I will definitively not have enough girls to do missions. My goal is to be able to do direct approaches without missing opportunities by 10th of July. So I have 2 questions: 1) Can I do 2days in one day? If a day feels really easy, can I take a break for 30 minutes or so and then do next day's drill? 2) Can I pause the program for 40 days and just do 1 direct approach per day to maintain my skill level and then continue when people return to my city? Off I go to do day 4 and if that feels easy, day 5. Thank you for your answers. EDIT: I did days 4 and 5. I need to do days 1, 2 and 3. If that makes any difference, I have calculated that, if I do 6 missions per week, by the time most people leave my city I'll be on day 60. Can I just do 1 direct approach per day for 40 days until people return and go back where I was? |

Another question. After every exercise you say: "If you were unable to do the drill or weren’t happy with your performance (NOT the reactions you got) – feel free to repeat this day."
Should I repeat the exercise if: I wasn't 100% comfortable (I was thinking in my head this is weird, I am bothering her etc) but I did 90% of girls anyway? Later when I get to fun missions - should I repeat them until I am not just 100% comfortable, but I actually enjoy them? I don't know if I am just being a perfectionist when I want to be 100% comfortable doing the drill, maybe just doing it without hesitation is good enough? |

^ Be honest with yourself. If you're doing a drill and you really feel like you didn't give it your all, then repeat it; otherwise, i'd move on. I redid day 6 because I felt really uncomfortable asking "did you like it" to random strangers. Now I am getting better at questioning random people about shit.

1. My question is how bad is skipping a day i mean a day in the week not a day of the program
2. Does anyone have problems aswell doing the drills in really busy areas? cause I can do them fine if it not so busy. 3. Does it matter that I tend to skip a lot of the "hot" girls? cause I can seem to ask one as part of the drill but then i will skip the next 3 or 4 that i see. 4. Does anyone also find it easier to do girls that are already stationary cause i feel like I'm bothering girls if they are walking very fast |

Hey man- 1) yep, 3 weeks. He literally beat the shit out of it. and that was it. He felt anxiety but approached girls anyway, in the end- that is what it takes 2) There comes a point in the program where you can, I advise not doing that until that point because the chances it will go well aren't high and 'bad reactions' are what make people "quit". everyone is different however.
