hey another question posted this somewhere else but seeing as questions are being answered would like a reply thanks gll.
anyway been doing the approaches slowly but surely some days ill just do 1 rep of ( time , time direction , time direction have you been there?) , some days im able to do 3 reps. so im slowly breaking the days up into smaller sections due to not having enough time because of work.firstly is this ok? and secondly ive just come to say, early morning when the shopping centre is quiet the AA drills are easy im able to go up to women and do the drills. my problem is in the afternoon/evening when the shopping centre is quite packed i get so nervous and feel like a loser trying to do the drills any help advice or motivation and i would like to know how have you guys been with busy shopping centres etc? |

I came really close to doing that during a cell drill. she was sooo hot and kept trying to extend the interaction but Mastah Chris say no so i walked away. I resent him now. Like a hardass coach who works the shit out of you. Thats good tho. |
