Hey everyone,
Stumbled upon the GLL approach anxiety program, and looking to start fairly soon. I do however have a couple of questions regarding groups and walking sets. When doing the drills, should I be doing them on any set, regardless of whether they are by themselves, in small groups or in larger mixed groups? Also should we be doing walking sets, or stationary sets? Some of the drills when reading it would seem awkward as fuck if you were to do it on walking and group sets. Appreciate all the work that's been put into the site, and would appreciate any feedback. |

I approach all cases (single/group/even coupled with a dude/walking/stationary). Chris mentioned in his audios that some of the interactions will not make sense, and some drills are specifically designed not to make sense to help us get out there and get used to doing things that are uncomfortable (and outside social norms).

I have a question.
Yesterday I did my drill on a girl and continued talking to her instead of leaving immediately. I remember thinking at the time, since it was one of the early ones for that day that I could use that chat for social momentum. My intent was NOT to get laid and I did NOT go for the phone number. It was a flirty conversation about accents after which I left. However, thinking back maybe I shouldn't have done it. Is this still considered an indirect approach? Common sense tells me no. But I don't know. I want to do this program right. Also if a 'real' approach is done during the program, what is the remedy? |

Hey Chris!
Thanks for the program, it's great. I just wanted to ask: I am on Day 25 of the program. I really don't care that much about it, but I have been getting some backlash from the girls on my grade. I don't know if a friend of mine might have told them about it, or maybe they have noticed I have changed a bit the last couple of weeks (i.e not a full beta/pussy anymore), but some of them have not been that nice/responsive lately. Maybe I have acted kind of douchebaggy? (I don't really think that is the case) I don't know, what do you guys think?? Btw, about me being douchebaggy: I don't think this is the case, but if it is, how are you not a douchebag without commiting the mistake of acting needy? How do you find that balance? You are aware that the drills are to be done in a high volume environment where you'll (most likely) never see the girls again? The AA program was never intended for high school students or anyone in a low-volume environment. Temporarily unavailable as I need to focus on other areas of my life. Only focusing on no more than two goals at once. Best of luck to you guys.

For the online dating portion, I get best results on Bumble compared to Okcupid and POF. Is there a particular reason why those are the only 2 listed as options or is it just open for consideration on my part?
