Good job starting the program, will check out the vid next time. Do try to work through your anxieties, although it'll get easier over time. There's a few days that focus on girls in pairs/groups so you'll get through that for sure
Also, you don't have to do one day of drills in one day; you can knock out multiple "days" in one couple hour period, or you can finish off yesterdays drill and then start the next one.
Remember that the more reps you do the better you'll be at the end. Listen to the audios (if they're in week 1 I don't totally remember) if you haven't already.
