- Restarting the Program from Day 8, doing the entire AA program (except Physical Stuff). I got to Day 14, before COVID. Starting from Day 8 to warm up.
- Need to lose another 30 lbs (or so), currently in the 20-25% bf range. 6’, 188 lbs. And even though this is the lowest weight I’ve been in a loonnnngg time, I still have far to go. Will upload pictures of myself soon. - might track calories here too, just for added accountability. New Coronavirus Protocol Going to do the entire program, and skip anything that’s physical, until Social Distancing Rules are relaxed and it’s normalized. So that means skipping High Fives, Arm Squeezes, or anything physical. Not the design of the program, and as much as Chris is adamant on following the program, these are extraordinary times, and the program is fundamentally different than it was 3 months ago. I’m restarting now, because Doing Something > Doing Nothing Physical Distancing might be in place for 18+ months. (Who wants to wait that long?) For Context, the area I’m in is largely “reopened”, meaning stores can open, coffee shops can open, etc. (That being said 40-50% places are still closed as I write this). Day 8 LOG First approach was actually, easy. I just talked to the first girl I saw and did it. Set #1 was easy. Surprisingly easy. Just went to a mall, talked to a few people, and finished it within 5 minutes or so. The mall was noticeably MORE dead. This mall in particular was 75% closed. I just asked where the nearest coffee place was… usually they said Starbucks. It felt weird asking a girl “do you like Starbucks?”, but whatever, I did it. Sets #2, #3, #4 all took longer. Probably like 4x longer. I think I was just being picky here. I did an extra set (so 20 approaches), because the 4th set felt so half-assed and weird when I did it. To be honest, I felt a little weird approaching. It had been 2.5 months since my last approach, and I wasn’t sure how people would respond. How did girls react when I approached them? Nobody cared. Nobody. In fact it was surprising how little they cared. I talked to a lady (probably 60s) who was vegan, I’m vegan too, so we ended up talking for maybe like 5 minutes. She was pretty cool, did speeches on eating healthier. And she tapped my arm when I left. She literally broke the physical distancing rules and tapped my arms when I left.. And, I talked to 2 girls, Mom and daughter. And they were moving closer to me as they talked, probably within 2 feet. The other people responded the same. Nothing special. So I’m going to say vast Majority of girls don’t give a shit. The only difference I noticed doing approaches with Covid, was that there were LESS people in malls, streets, and stores, (unless I was in a grocery store). And in some cases it was easier because girls were standing by themselves outside to get into a store. So did 20 approaches between today and yesterday. Only thing I would do differently is just doing the drill quicker. Shout out to Andy, for helping me define my goals. I’ll put that in my Signature when I upload some pics. CURRENT GOALS

Day 9 – Time + Directions + Did You Like it? Kind of easier, just asked girls if there was an Olive Garden in Vancouver. Which I legit didn’t know. Started to get into a fearless attitude for a bit.The hardest ones were talking to the first girl I saw. Most of the time it meant doing something weird. Set 1: First girl I had to follow her to her car and then ask her for the time, and I basically walked around until she got there (don’t know if she noticed me following her), but I felt fucking weird doing it. Set 2: Talked to some pretty cute girls, took me like 5 minutes to do the drill. Set 3: First women I saw was a 40 year old Asian chick who looked liked she didn’t speak English. I had to ask her 3 times for the time. I asked her as I got close, then I stopped in front of her looked directly and asked, then after she was ignored me, I asked her again. Then in broken English she told me the time. Went into a makeup store just to ask a girl if she knew where an olive garden was. I had no business being in that store, so that was cool. Set 4: Again first girl was a 70 year old Asian lady who definitely did not speak speak English. But she was sitting at a table with 2 other people with her son and granddaughter (I’m assuming), I just asked the group. The guy actually shook his head, which I knew was a lie (who doesn’t carry a phone), the granddaughter then told me the time. They were all fucking weird, but I did them. Set 5: Set 3&4 took me probably 4 minutes altogether to complete, they were fucking fast. Set 5 took a bit longer to complete, I was just cherry-picking girls too much. The entire day took me about 75 minutes, I went to 2 grocery stores and a mall. In the mall I started to really feel confident and fearless. I’m finding that the less time I have the better I do. When I look for an ideal girl, or an ideal situation it starts getting harder to approach as time goes on, it’s almost like I start stalling and thinking too much. "I’m finding that the less time I have the better I do."
Yep - one thing I did was set a stopwatch for 10 minutes, and tell myself I had to do the first girl within that time. I also used to schedule dates for, say, 6pm - then go out to do drills at 5pm. I'd tell myself, "I'm not allowed to see my date until I've finished today's drills" - that absolutely lit a fire under my ass. -Andy Andy / 32yo / Australia

Day 10 – Time, Movie, Seen Any Movies
This one was legitimately fun, took 2 days to do it though. Set 1 – Kind of funny because I was asking girls where a movie theater was when there was in the same parking lot. They were really helpful. I felt weird asking such an obvious question, but it got easier. Set 2 - Again, first girl I saw made me follow her for 2 minutes back to her car. I’m finding the 1st approaches harder, not because it’s the first one, but just because I have to like go and ask the girl in uncomfortable situations. Oh well. Set 3 – Went to a small shopping center, nothing special. Girls were easy to find and talk to. Set 4 & 5 – Banged these 2 sets out in 3 minutes. Literally went from 1 asile to another asking girls the same questions. Felt good doing it that fast and the girls were noticeably hotter too. Somewhat easy day, nobody cared about the Coronavirus yet, I can close the book on that concern… Still debating to move out to Vancouver or stay in Calgary. I know I can make both cities work for improving my game/dating life. It’s easier to find hot girls in Calgary, but Vancouver would be a new environment. Probably decide on that by the end of this week. “which city is better?” is a really common debate, but I realized all this wasted time I’m debating, I could’ve been doing approaches instead. Once I get the experience in, I’ll probably know (from my gut), what the best decision is, but until then it’s really a coin toss. ===================== Calories yesterday: 2090 <== Need to tighten this up. Day 11 – Cell Phones
Set 1 & 2- Whole Foods Was really, really easy. I didn’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed doing the drills. Lots of cute girls I talked to, did it all pretty fast. Set 3 – Beach Easy and relatively pain free, it was kind of weird doing this drill because girls would give me the time, start to walk away, and then I’d just start asking ‘em questions about the cell phones. Chris was right, it does start to feel nosey, and weird because I’m asking them 4 questions a row, without any real dialogue or rapport. But that’s what the make drill good, because after awhile I just don’t care what I’m saying/ Set 4 – Mall Easy. Set 5 – Few Random Stores This was the most challenging set. Felt tired, did not feel like doing it. The 3rd girl I talked to walked out of the store and looked at the parking lot to scout out any places that sold phones. She was super nice, and cute too. 4th girl was sitting with her friend, wouldn’t look at me, she didn’t give me the time, didn’t know any place that sold phones, wouldn’t tell me what phone she had. Like honestly was a horrible reaction, I know it had nothing to do with me. She was just closed off. Funny how the cuter ones are nicer. There were some moments where I really did not care what people said, or even what I said to people. Other moments like set 5, I was self-aware, maybe too self-aware… Just much inhibition and resistance changes depending on my mood/tiredness. =============================== Calories Yesterday: 1420 Goal: 1450 Approaches in last 7 days: 51 CURRENT GOALS

Man I feel great. This was a really important Day.
Day 12 – Try #1 Horrible. I did 3 approaches in 2 hours of deliberate effort. It was fucked. I gave myself the entire afternoon, and I couldn’t get myself to say anything. People were walking away after I asked for the time, and I didn’t feel assertive enough to continue. I found it very hard to tell them “best boyfriend ever”, I just felt out of character saying it. I didn’t have the authority to interrupt people, so I wound up bitching out of 90% of the girls. So after 2 hours of torture I drove back home feeling a million miles off my goal. Day 12 – Try #2 Overall just awesome. Went to 3 different malls, 3 different grocery stores. Ran into some gorgeous women too. Sets 1-2: Mall Still felt weird saying “best boyfriend ever” Set 3: Downtown Saying “best boyfriend ever” stopped bothering me. I just said it enough times and thought “that wasn’t so bad”. Set 4: University Area Not too many cute girls. Finished the day wanting to do more, feeling on cloud nine. Difference between Try 1 and 2: Building momentum and leaving areas when I didn't like them. shutting my thoughts off, and just doing it. Lessons
Side Note: Looks Matter I was under the impression that looks don’t matter that much for maybe the last 8 years, but I just realized all my friends (who are good with girls btw) who said “looks don’t matter, it’s all about confidence”, never in their life were above 25% bf. Like it was madness to believe them, they’re gym rats, nutritionists, fashion designers (seriously) and they’re saying looks don’t matter. To be honest I don’t think they’ve ever NOT looked good. That was eye opening and somewhat infuriating, there is SOOO MUCH misinformation out there. Been a while - I haven't posted on here in 6 months. I'll just quickly update everyone what I've been up to: What I've been up to last 6 months - Lost 20 lbs. And officially don't look "fat" anymore. - Everyone who hasn't seen me in awhile immediately complement me on how I look, which is actually cool. - Feels like there's nothing more to figure out weight-loss wise. So I'm just going to continue til 155 lbs, and focus on other goals now. What I'm up to now:

How I measured up against todays plan:
- Get to work at 6:45am (Miss - 7am) - Consume 1400 calories (Done - 1385) - Talk to 10-15 girls (Done - 16 girls) - Leave work at 4:30 (Done - left at 4pm) Now for the approaches I did 3.5 days today... but it should be noted, these are all days I've completed earlier and I'm just trying to gauge where I'm at in the program (anxiety-wise) so I know where to resume. So you'll notice me skip ahead on 3 of the days but that's because they were mind-numbingly easy. Day 8, did one rep it was hard to start, but easy to do once I did it. Day 9, Easy, Jumped right to the last rep of the day, had 0 problem with it. Day 10, Harder - partly because I felt like the question I was asking was 'dumb'. But I did a full set of it, and it was kind of stupidly easy again. Talked to a girl who was actually super cool, and attractive too. Day 11 - Decided to slow down here and do the whole thing: Set 1 - Girl 1: Talked to 2 cute girls, was easy and simple. - Girl 2: Talked to another attractive girl, easy, great response (wanted to continue the conversation, but I moved on) - Girl 3: Talked to 2 girls in a store again, this was easy, response was great. - Girl 4: Super nice, I was taken back on how nice she was, sometimes you can just feel how nice someone is. felt this way with here. She was cool. Set 2: - Girl 1: Easy - Girl 2: Nice again, I felt some resistance talking to her because she was walking away from me, but I did it anyway. - Girl 3: Talked to a girl working at a store, she wasn't attractive and honestly her response sucked too (whatever). - Girl 4: Hottest girl I talked to all day, I had to follow her for like 10 seconds to finally get in a place where she could see me and I could say hello. She was cool. Set 3: - Girl 1: Easy - Girl 2: I felt my energy waning, talked to her, it was ok. But I didn't ask for the time so I actually went back a 2nd time and asked her for the time. That;s were I left off. Overall That was seriously the most fun I've had in months. That was such a rush. I felt so good after doing it and driving home. Like it was seriously a fucking high. I loved how attractive the girls I talked to were. I also loved how well the girls responded. CURRENT GOALS

How I executed on my plan today:
- Zoom Call w/Tim Grover (Done - it was ok) - Start work at 7am (7:10) - Leave work at 4:30 (Done) - Talk to 6-10 girls (done) - Eat 1400 calories (done) Day 12: continued from yesterday Set 3: Girl 3 - Holy fucking hell these 2 girls were hot. Did not expect to find hot girls in the part of town I was in. Girl 4 - meh wasn;t easy, wasn't hard. I think I was just tired. Set 4: Girl 1 - Saw me walking up to me and wanted to look away, pretty easy. Girl 2 - Stores were getting dead around this time, only girl by herself was working. Girl 3 - Nice lady who i had to say "hey" to 3x to get her attention. Overall: I think my schedule was to blame for this day. I had a Zoom call right at 6pm, and that made me start approaches at 7pm, and by that time I was tirreeed. CURRENT GOALS
