I have currently completed week 1 of AA and had great results. I have set out time at the beginning of next year where I will be doing nothing but drills 5 days a week in a major city in the hopes to finish the course in 7 weeks. I will be completing at least two days worth of drills per day (including reattempting days), and hope to finish the week 7 drills. This timeframe is something that I've seen done and I know is very achievable for myself.
My question is how important is week 8 in the scheme of beating AA and becoming socially free? I have read the drills that need to be attempted, and not only do they seem time consuming but also seem beyond what I would want to attempt when approaching girls anyways given the 2019 feminism climate. Is there anyone out there that has completed up to week 7 (reached the fuck it moment) without wk 8 and had lasting results- what did you do after the course to ensure results were permanent? Also, does anyone have any tips (beyond what Chris has provided) to make this process more achievable?
Definitely achievable, if you're willing to never quit.
Don't do week 8. Chris took it down from the site, and has mentioned a few times he doesn't think anyone should do it.
I only did up to Day 46 (I think that's week 6). I then took 7 months off where I didn't talk to any girls or try to get laid (long story). Basically the worst case nightmare scenario, but 46 days of the approach anxiety program were still enough to give me the confidence to get my shit together and then start getting laid. (

Trust me when I say by the time you get to Day 46 (which is when Chris says you are ready to start hitting on girls - alongside continuing the AA Program) you won't be that worried about losing your newfound social freedom. By the time you get to Day 46, you've talked to something crazy like 1500 girls. You'll be socially free, trust me.
Also: Remember what you agreed when you signed up to the AA Program. You agreed to take it one day at a time. You're worrying about the future, dude; chill and take it one day at a time. By the time you get to week 7, you'll be a completely different human being; so there's no point trying to speculate how you'll behave or what you'll need to do, etc.
I did all of week 8, back when it was part of the program.
It was really easy by the time I got there, but there's a good reason why it was taken down. It kinda crosses a line from goofing around to invading peoples' personal space. Like Andy said you'll be just fine without it. Even back then, week 7 was considered the "end" of the program and week 8 was for if you wanted to desensitize yourself to hardcore screening. In the end it was just overkill.

1. Switch business from contractors to employees
2. Quit nicotine (DONE)
Thanks BIB and Andy, very encouraging to get your replies as I've read both of your guys' logs, and am inspired by your transitions from losers to studs. Im wondering wether you think its possible to properly complete the goals ive set out to complete within 7 weeks (35 drill days) while planning to complete multiple drills a day. I know BIB did this however do you feel that it is probably more beneficial to just focus on one mission per day? I will have approx 6 hrs/day to approach, and figured that completing at least 2 missions per day to comfort is highly completable because I'll have no other obligations within this time.
The reason I ask is Ive read through old threads where Chris suggests focusing on one mission per day- just repeating it and experimenting without moving onto the next drills. Im sure ill have off days where 2/day isn't achievable bc my mindset may change while actually in the mix. Any tips to overcome this mentality? Any input is highly appreciated

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
