I know that ranting won't help to get over AA but what the heck is this damn week 4??? Those drills get crazier with every day...And doing the drill just over the weekends makes them even more harder without any momentum. But I don't have any other options right now. Work is killing me...And putting the AA program on hold is not an option for me.
Anyfuckingway. Started the drill after work on friday. It took me the whole evening (around 3 hours or so) to do the first rep. I did one more rep and went home. Was to exhausting...On Saturday I went to the campus and did 5 more reps. This time was a little easier to do. And today I finished the drill. In overall, the responses were not as bad as I thought will be. the majority told me what they had for lunch and some were confused.
If I think rational about all the drills than they aren't actually that hard. The hard part about doing the AA programm is to have all those battles inside your head. It is sometimes so draining to fight against your inner voicse who tries to keep you down and not talking to a stranger...I hope it gets better.
We are going to play a game.
It's called- WHO IS YOUR DADDY AND WHAT DOES HE DO?
WHO IS YOUR DADDY AN WHAT DOES HE DO?

Long time no see. I am back in the game, finally. The last couple month were quite tough. Spent most of my times with working. But that won't discourage me from finishing the AA program, regardless of how long it will take. If I am beating my AA, it is worth it.
Speaking of Day 26, I started the drill on monday (4days ago). and finished it today. As always, that was quite tough. The beginning of each drill takes so much courage for me...
In particular in this drill, It was even tougher since doing this drill german sounds sooo retarded, lol. Anyway, got a lot of good exposure and It feels freaking good to be back.

It took me 3 days. I have noticed, that it takes always for me more than 2 days for a single drill. I have to become faster in doing the drill by just getting in there...but it is sometime so mentally draining. Especially all this funny man stuff in week 4.
The first reps were quite easy. Tapping on the girls should did not give me that much anxiety. But it is quite shocking how certain girls were scared of tapping on their shoulde and flinching away.. The hard part was the flexing. I was so tense during the flexing part hahah. anyway I did and that is what matters. This one girl when I did the 10 sec flexing was just looking at me so weirdly without saying anything for the whole 10 sec. It felt so ridiculously awkawrd. Onto Day28

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
