Well you sound serious. This reminds me of the conversation I had with myself 6 months ago when I started this program.
I am nearing the end of the program. Take it from me it is fucking worth it. I would say that I can approach about 70% of the girls I want to talk to. By the time I finish the program that might be 90 %. I think if you just make it to week 4 you will see how easy it is to approach women. By the time I hit week 4 my internal reality and belief about women changed. I no longer saw women as mean or bitchy. Most are actually nice if you approach them with sense. Hopefully you will experience something similar. Keep at it you have what it takes. GOALS

you're like me - you spend WAY too much time overanalysing "Why haven't I achieved my goals? what's holding me back? why don't I really want this as much as I say I want this?" I do the same thing. There's literally only one solution, and it's not more thinking, or being more retrospective, or analysing yourself more, or figuring out what you need to do better. In fact, STOP THINKING. Just shut the fuck up and DO IT. |

Damn not sure what happened but i totally just bailed on the AA Program and not for the first time.
I have wanted to finish this Program for years but i just haven't. I know i only have myself to blame and i sure as fuck don't feel sorry for myself. Before i continue my goals are to: 1. Beat AA/ Finish the entire AA Program up to day 64 2. Fuck 50 girls 3. Get 2 fuckbuddies 4. Know that i can get laid I probably sound full of shit because i have made countless posts like this but i know that if i don't do this it will be one of the single biggest mistakes i ever make, ever. I think what I've learned from past attempts is that it's so easy to just quit and drop out. Something like "it's too windy outside", you don't do any drills that day and then eventually you quit because you start using excuses more than you are actually approaching girls. "When your desire to get laid is greater than your fear of rejection the AA Program will be cakewalk" - Chris NEW GOALS:

Finished day 4 drill, it took a little longer than i expected it to. There was one hot girl i was hesitant to approach but i did it anyway. I am also pissed because there were a lot of girls i didn't approach but i guess that's what i'm working on, more to come.

Fuck it was a struggle to get out of the house today but i did.
Finished day 5 drill. This has officially become my favourite drill, holy shit!! Oh my GLL, i could do nothing for the rest of the day and i would still be on a high. It feels like i am high. The first girl i approached either didn't hear me or completely blanked me but instead of getting down i continued and powered through the first set, I did the second set even faster. Approaching that first girl is crucial, it should actually be compulsory because it makes a huge difference to your performance. At least i think so. NEW GOALS:

I am revisiting a post i made a couple of months ago (some good it did).
I said that excuses are scandalous and that they never help your situation. I also got some really good advice in following posts by fellow losers. But the point was excuses don't help you in anyway. In fact i am convinced that excuses negatively impact you in the long run and you will be punished again and again. I know i have been. Excuses are just an alteration of reality. They are just reasons you make up to feel better about yourself and a shitty situation. Okay so you feel a little better after using an excuse, then what.......your still gonna be fucked anyway. It makes no logical sense to use an excuse. You have really have to look at the bigger picture and question just what the fuck you tell yourself. I say this because i have never made it past week 2 of the AA Program, so the next week is very important for me and i do not want to fuck this up again. One more thing is that excuses slow you down from completing tasks and your goals. You have a target, lets say the target is to hit on 5 girls in a week. You fail to achieve your goal for whatever reason. You say "I could have done it but lets just do it next week, it's only 5 girls so no biggy." I actually don't have a problem with the decision to follow up on this goal, if you actually go back and do it. No the problem i have is if its no biggy then hit the target during the week you set it. I know there is AA, procrastination and all that, but how the hell are you going to achieve anything if very couple of days you are making up new reasons to avoid achieving goals? NEW GOALS:

On the first day of January every year i think something like 45% of people in most countries set goals, known as new years resolutions. For convenience lets take 100 people from a random country. After the second week of January 50 people would have already dropped all their goals completely. So 50% percent of these people drop their goals literally after 2 weeks. By the end of January a further 30 people have dropped out. The drop out rate at this point is 80%. So there are only 20 people left at the start of February.
Keep in mind that only 45% of the population actually even bothered to set goals. Only 4 to 8% of people every year actually achieve their desired goals. You could have a million reasons why people drop out but the end result is the same. Most people do not make real progress with their lives. Most people are okay with being mundane and staying in their comfort zone. Again it can be frightening do something like the AA Program but you have to look at it like this: If your constantly trying to hit your goals you miles ahead of the most people because most people are not even in the game. They are just comfortable sitting on the sidelines. I don't usually compare myself to others but when i see statistics like this it just shocks me, and it i think it actually makes me sick. NEW GOALS:

You need more than goals. You need to make them priority,be disciplined about achieving them, and put in the work to accomplish them. If you really want to beat AA then prioritize the drills every day over everything else, and obsess about doing them.

Also awesome post colorado88. I'll do my best to take your advice and really run with it. Not gonna dwell too much on it but i felt super good about going out and trying to do something. I think earlier today i was really cocky but i guess i can't help myself. Man i'm gonna obsess about doing these drills and really make beating AA my number 1 goal. Also i'm joining the gym tomorrow. i didn't finish day 6 today but i felt today i had a really good performance. If that makes any sense.
When i'm on a roll, i should just keep going and finish drills instead of just not finishing drills. I am really embracing making AA my number 1 goal and priority. I am trying to do drills in every situation such as the bus stop, train, on a busy street, shopping centers, park, literally every conceivable scenario. As long as i'm drilling on girls they are good to go. i'm also back in the gym. NEW GOALS:

Build a habit to do the drill–I don´t know–maybe in the morning take a bus downtown, or in the afternoon, and walk around. Or wake up, take a shower, and go do the drills walking in heavily transited street nearby.
Do something that fits into your schedule and then keep doing it until it becomes a habit. It is easier said than done, but, hey, if you don't do it nobody can do it for you, man. It takes only about 2 months and half of your life to finish the program, but they could potentially change the rest of it; it is a very good investment. As I think @Sweatervest (or was it you @LastTrain ) said, the initial discomfort of doing the drills is the (very inexpensive) price you pay to be free of your approach anxiety.
