Hi
I'm on day 6-7 4th day now, first day i struggled a bit but today day did better. Honestly I feel if the reactions and interaction went smooth with the girl i feel more confident and think I did well. Some other ones that I did not do well was based on her reaction. Which makes the next approach harder to get in. Again also the occasional really attractive girl is harder to get in while the not so attractive easy. This is confusing for me and I don't understand if I did well enough to move to the next day or should I repeat. If I cannot finish the nos I definitely continue to next day. So what's the benchmark I should use to assert this day is done. A reply here would be great. |

Just do the prescribed number of reps and move to the next day. There's still plenty of days ahead of you that which will build your social freedom.
Don't stick to long to a particular day because it'll get boring and you the motivation to do the program might disappear (happened to me). That said though, when you'll encounter a tough day it's a good idea to fall back and redo some as a warm up. AA Program

Yeah, the reactions aren't meant to matter. As long as you're happy with your own performance it's okay to move onto the next day. It's okay to feel some anxiety, but if completing the drill was hard as fuck and you were anxious as hell, it's a good idea to repeat.

If you completed the drill successfully, you can move on the next day.
The only thing that matters is whether or not you did the drill. Even if every girl slapped you in the face, you still did the drill. However, if you feel like you could have done it faster, you're free to repeat days. I redid at least 1/3 of the days when I was doing the program just so I could make sure I 100% conquered my fear. However, that is not necessary to reap the rewards of the program. Just get it done and 90% of your anxiety will be gone. This is a good question, though. It shows that your head is in the right place (minus worrying about the girls' reactions). You clearly hold yourself to a high standard, but perfectionism is unnecessary. Just keep goin. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

You need to focus on yourself and recognize that completing the drill is a success. You're not doing this program to get pussy or good reactions, you're doing it to beat your approach anxiety. Put the pussy on hold, there will be PLENTY of time for that (the rest of your life). Read the AA program into again. It perfectly describes how you're supposed to frame this whole thing. Of course on some level you will care about the reactions. It doesn't even matter if you do. All you need to focus on is doing the drills and leaving. That by itself is an enormous accomplishment. Lastly, remember that a lot of the drills are specifically designed to weird girls out. You're SUPPOSED to get bad reactions, especially around weeks 3-4. That's part of the exposure therapy. Thanks for everything you guys. It's time for me to move on to bigger things!

Do you have a job, do you go to school? Do your hobbies, see your friends, watch Netflix, clean your house etc. Normal stuff. This stuff shouldn't be the only thing on one's mind. |
