@The Exile: Hey man, cheers! My log stalled at Day 46 and I'm currently working on other shit at the moment, mainly fitness and money. Will finish the program + start cold approaching at some point. What day you up to now? Got a link to your log?
Hey Andy, I forgot to click "subscribe" to your thread so I didn't know you replied...
Yeah between Job/working out/tanning/shopping for clothes/ studying GLL and going out on OKC/POF dates there isn't as much time left for this "forum-ing" stuff is there?
I can't wait to start cold approaching either!
Don't want to rush but damn it's gonna be sweet!
Congratulations on getting mentioned in the latest AA blog! Your journal is one of my favorites....
I can't remember which day it was, but you had me going for a minute there when you pretended that you wanted to quit the AA program...you cheeky bastard!!!
I'm at day 27 at the moment but I'm plugging along nicely!
I took a cue from you and put a link to my journal in my sig...
Also I thought it might be a good idea to put my vlogs into a playlist so it would be easier to watch them in a row once they're finished. I'm thinking of starting a thread to suggest that everyone make their own youtube vlog playlist to make it easier to for us all to jump to each others videos....
On some of the harder days, if I'm feeling any hesitation, it helps to watch everybody's videos for that day, but it's hard to get to them all in separate threads.
Anyway, awesome journal, keep up the good work, K?
Thanks for your support man... I appreciate it!
It's good to know that some of you guys are with me in spirit when I'm out in the field!
Yeah quitting this program, like you, is absolutely NOT on option for me..
I liken this AA program to a roller-coaster, it may have its ups and downs, but once you start the ride you can't stop until it's done.
Epic indeed! looks like we'll be some of the first people to finish the program in 2016!
See you on other side!(as they say)
Still haven't started cold approaching, lazy asshole. Been working on other shit though, namely money and fitness. Also been seeing this cute little 22yo asian who's awesome. Insanely affectionate and pretty damn conservative (she's from malaysia, was raised catholic). Was shy and naive in the bedroom... Only I've corrupted her. She calls me Daddy, I took her anal virginity, she screams like a banshee when we fuck and she's becoming hornier than I am. Also pretty cool to hang out with. I've trained her to high-five strangers when we walk around in public, which is pretty funny. Good shit.
Here's some pics of my weight loss in the last 2 months. Lost 9kg so far (20 pounds), still a bit to go. When I cut, I usually go "IIFYM" (If It Fits Your Macros) - you basically eat whatever you want to, tracking your calories (I use an app called "FatSecret", but "My Fitness Pal" is just as good) and making sure you get enough protein (I've been aiming for minimum 150g protein per day). Eating around 1500 calories a day. Have had MANY cheat days (like 2 a week, lol) and on those days I fall off the wagon a bit, but only eat like 2500-3000 calories (which isn't much more than my maintenance anyway).
Still can't see abs, got some tummy fat left, so still a bit of a way to go.
Hey Andy... lookin good bro!
I never realized how much losing weight makes your face look better until GLL.
Have you checked out
GLL's skin care guide
? If you did that you could probably look like you're still in your 20's for the next 5 years or more.
Also I read somewhere on your thread that you were considering the "tanning" option, Did you end up trying that? Personally I would recommend against using self tanners mostly because 1, the money you spend on them can really add up and 2, you have to put them all over your body almost everyday because unlike sun tanning or tanning beds, if you stop applying these self tanners or "bronzers" the color won't just fade away like the sun or beds, depending on your skin type, it will actually come out in blotches and it would be pretty noticeable .... And if you do use them everyday, people you know will be able to tell that your using them and although they'll probably think it looks good, they wouldn't believe you if you said it was natural.
Anyway, I just thought I'd mention that to ya
Keep up the good work!
Hey man! Yeah it's nuts how losing weight affects your face. I didn't even realise my face was fat, it's funny how it creeps up on you.
Yeah I plan on hitting the GLL skin care guide at some point.
Didn't bother with tanning. Like you said, you have to keep doing it (and you run into issues like it staining your clothes, etc). I'm half-Irish so my skin is white as fuck, I accepted long ago I'd never be naturally tanned
I'm doin good, thanks for asking...
Right now I'm on day 53 of the AA program... this drill is taking the longest so far, I haven't been able to find any groups/pairs of girls for the past two days... it's only teens and girls with their moms, hopefully it'll pick up soon. Chris says that even after you pass day 46 it will probably be 2 to 4 weeks before you start to really cold approach... although I have tried to get a few numbers here and there, I'm waiting to finish the program so I'll have time and energy to start going out at least a few days a week and start approaching the same way you would do the drills(ie; 10 to 20 girls a day)
Even before you get into the skin care routine, I recommend trying the
"African Black Soap"
it's definitely worth it, not only does it make your skin look better but you actually feel "cleaner" than you would with normal soap... thanks to GLL, we're technically superior, but this soap actually makes you feel cleaner than most guys... I wonder if most guys even shower everyday, let alone use soap that's better than most store bought crap.
It's possible that using tanning beds might work for you...
Apparently they work faster than sun tanning.. do they have tanning beds at the gym you go to?
I'm not that far behind you tanning wise, I can't afford tanner/beds at the moment because I'm saving up to relocate, so I have to sit in the sun and because I also have fair skin... I have to sit out for 2 to 3 hours 2 times a week to get any decent color, when I can afford to, I'll probably start using beds to hopefully make it easier.
Also, I've been looking through your journal and I can see how much you want to cold approach.. I don't want to overstep my bounds, but I feel as though I might be able to offer up a few tips that could help make it easier for you if you're interested....
Exile - nothing you could possibly write could compete with the truth, which is i've been scared. that's it. that's the only reason.
I, killtheinnerloser aka Andy, make the written acknowledgement that no matter what, tonight I will cold approach at least ONE girl and then post about it on here. Writing this means I have no choice but to do it.

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
