This time it was fucking easy the drills. Last time I could shit on my pants for anxious. But after I repeat the day 7 until I beat my AA it was ridiculous easy. I need 30-40min for the drills. Last time I need 4h. The exposure therapy starts to work for me
I took one day a break because I have to work the whole day + I have to help by his removal.
So I made the next Drill on 03.09.
The Drills were fucking easy for me. I think I need less then 20min. I wasnt almost no reaction seeking and thats why I was so fast haha. I did the drills after work in a less raining day.
I am existed for the drills for today. The weather will be bad in the days, but this is good because because the challenge is in a bad day higher than in a good day
I need some breaks to recover my energy and emotional state
This day was fucking easy, but with some weird funny moments. I like it how I am non reaction seeking.
I think I made some muscito approaches but I will pay more attention about this behaviour tomorrow.

So how goes my journy. I had the best the day in my year today. It was sooo awesome. But step for step
I struggle with the day 11. I tried this so many time but is not easy because of some reason. I did until now almost every mistake that Chris told us haha
But all was a very good reference experience for me
I repeat the drill one time. My schedule was total full and I was total destroyed because ot the months of fucking hard working for my dreams. I forget how it felt to sleep again...
But I did something and that counts because everday two approaches is better than one time in a week 14 Approaches!
I did some really important stuff and then I sleept the whole day until tomorrow. One or two approaches about the time but then nothin special!
I have repeates the drills two times now. That is really Progression. For most girls it was a little bit weird because I ask them in a time where all shops was closing I dont find then later in the night enoug girls and I need abolutely a break because I was really destroyed....
In all it was a really good day
I took a professional Fitnesscoaching today. I take it very serious to boost my body. I take the whole Content in this side super serious because it is the shit.
I have repeates the drills two times today. Super awesome. I went sarging with some friends today . It was super funny. I did my drills and they did their PU Approaches. The weather was super awesome. I enjoyed the drills really. And the End I had this "fuck it" moment. I want to approach too. All my friends pimped some bitches and I was bussy with the drills. That made me sooo angry. When I made this exception for today where I want to break the rulez for the drills and go for bitches ist feeeeeelt soooooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooooooooood. It was soooooo much of a Freedom feeling. I rocked the street like I did it in the past. It was soooooo fun. I was in. It was really easy with my friends. I know when I was alone I never could unleash this Power/Hell in this Level and thats why I want to finish the drills.
My main Sticking Points are:
1) Less Muscito Approaches
2) Less Reaction seeking
3) Less Selective
4) Pushing MORE the Number Game
5) MORE Momentum
Today I will go for Clubbing too. That will be fun
