I'm embarresed to say that I failed the first time and Ive been failing at approaching girls during the day (and sometimes at night) ever since.
Chris have put up some new helpful content since I tried beating AA the first time and since I don't have school for another 3 months, I decided it was a good time to begin again.
I believe the reason behind my first fail is because I expected too much and that I suddently startet getting a lot of pussy due to night game (where I can approach due to alchohol/drugs), Tinder and the fact that I'm very good looking.
I know I have a lot of unused potential and the only thing I need to do in order to access it is destroying my AA. Hopefully I've fucked the most of my neediness for pussy out of me so I can truely focus on getting rid of my AA once and for all.
(Btw. I'm not doing online dating as I already have 3 fbs...)
This is not gonna be a very exciting log as it is only to keep me reliable to you losers.
Week 1, day 4:
Did the drill in about 5 minuttes on my way to work. Could have done it a lot quicker but there was a lack of girls.
Anxiety (scale of 1-10): 1
Dont worry bro and dont be upset.... Its very normal to have AA.... You will get it handled very soon because you already have a sense of entitlement and then you will be hitting 200 mile an hour on the dash

Week 1, day 5 + 6 + ½ of 7
Did the first 5 interactions on my way to training and back.
Did the second set in approxemately 1½ minut
Day 6 + 7:
Went to a very crowded area and my anxiety rose a bit. I have a hard time approaching in crowded areas and inside malls/shops.
Went to a less crowded road and did day 6 as well as the first 3 sets of day 7.
Anxiety: 1/5 (at crowded places)
Need to work on approaching male/female groups and hot girls.
Didn't really wanna do drills today but I went out and did them anyway. Didn't really enjoy it though.
Done. My anxiety was bit higher. Probably because I didn't feel like doing drills. Also the "do you like it" part can get weird if they haven't been at the restaurant and that made me a bit anxious as well. Nonethesless It's done. Moving on.
Done. I found this drill very easy and I ended up enjoying myself. I also did it pretty fast so overall I'm very satisfied with today.
- Talked to very hot girls
- Approached in crowded places with people nearby
- I sat up a workout appointment I had to make which only left me a limited time to complete the drill. This definitely helped me do it faster. Will do so from now on.
