Hey guys, Due to personal reasons, I INITIALLY DID NOT want to share my Approach Anxiety Log. However, I decided to be more transparent. As it will be more beneficial for this self improvement community. There's an attachment of my log at the bottom of this message. If you have any questions, post it here or PM me. -Q I started Day 4 of the Approach Anxiety Program on 1/30/2015 and finished 03/05/2015. It took me 35 days (5 weeks) to finish the program. When I’m on a social momentum, I can approach almost any girl I want. Remember most guys cannot approach girls, but by doing the approach anxiety program you are slowly chipping away your anxiety. It takes courage and confidence because this program can at times put you in a vulnerable position. I commend all of you guys who are doing the program. Remember don’t give up, keep on trying until you feel good about the drills. Work hard and pat your self on the back after a good day. It will all pay off. This post will be helpful when you do the approach anxiety program. Give people high fives before you start the drills to gain social momentum: -Just raise your hand up and say high five. The key is as GLL would say is to “get in there.” Get in there means approaching the first chick that you see: -I finished drills faster on days I got in there and much slower on days I didn’t get in there. Don't think too much, just BARGE in there and do the drill as instructed: -Big groups, 2 girls, 1 guy & 1 girl it doesn't matter. Just BARGE in there. People will notice you and some will ask you, what are you doing this for? This is especially true when you do Weeks 6, 7 & 8 as it is some ballsy stuff: -If you get questioned just respond: "Because I want to put a smile on people’s faces." Don’t be rude or confrontational. Reflect after your drills: -Reflect on your performance. -Ask yourself how did you feel after doing the drill(s). -If you didn’t feel good, redo the drill. Focus on you, and not the reactions you get. Do more than one drill a day, but make sure you feel good about the previous drill before moving on: -The harder you work, the faster you can alleviate your approach anxiety. -I even repeated some drills on the same day, as I was not with happy my performance. Just do the drill. Don’t ask for phone numbers & don’t try to lead her somewhere else and fuck her: -The goal is to beat approach anxiety. -Once you finish the program, you can do what you want. Have common sense: -If a girl says NO or NO THANK YOU, just leave her alone and move on to the next chick. Do the drills on hot chicks, average chicks, and below average girls: -It will take too long to do drills on hot girls only. -When I have social momentum, I approach all chicks in the same manner. -Can’t ever have enough exposure therapy. Look good: -If you are not born with good looks, don’t worry you can still look good. -See GLL guide on how to look good. -Be well groomed. -Don’t have bad breathe. -Get your teeth zoom whitened (Look for a Groupon deal – I got mined done for $200). Be Well Dressed: -I often wear a fitted dress shirt, boot cut jeans, with a clean pair of boots, and a nice watch while doing the drills. -Try to go for an “I’m richer than you look” during the day. When you look good and are well dressed, most girls don’t leave the interaction: -Unless they are in a rush or creeped the fuck out, most girls I drilled on stayed and only left after I said thank you or as I proceeded to leave. Bad reactions are very rare, especially when you look good and are well dressed (girls are intimidated – same as guys are intimidated by good looking chicks): -I rarely got a bad reaction, but when I did I always say that chick is wack. It’s not your fault the girl wasn’t available. Don’t blame yourself and move on to the next chick. Have the instruction of the drills on your phone: -I have pictures of all the drills on my phone and favorite the ones that I plan on doing for the day. -Look at your phone if you forget the dialogue. -Some drills have a lot of different dialogues, so when I forgot a line I would look at my phone during the drill and continue on. Listen to how Chris does the drill to get an idea of how the drill goes. To get girls to stop walking: -Say "Hey," first and usually she will stop for you. Once she stops, start your drill. But if she doesn't stop, walk along side her and do your drill. -if she's far away, loudly say "hey" and describe what she is wearing ("You in the red shirt & blue backpack") and then wave her to come to you as you are walking toward her. When you shake the girl's hand: -Hold on to her hand. Let her take her hand back. Continue your drill as you are holding her hand. If the girl says she has a boyfriend just say “that doesn’t matter” and continue the drill. Approach girls with guys as well: -If they are not holding hands, go in and do your drill. If you get cockblocked: -If it’s a male cockblocker, ask the girl “is he your boyfriend?” if she says no continue the drill. -If it’s a female cockblocker, ask the girl you are doing the drill on “is she your boyfriend?” if she says no continue the drill. -If the girl you are doing the drill on says "yes" to the boyfriend question, move on to the next chick and say to the cockblocker “My bad, i didn't know she had a boyfriend.” Do the drills on girls within the same area: -I did the drills on girls sitting at a same table and even right next to each other. -I had girls tell me I did that to their friend, and I say “oh cool” and start the drill on them anyway. -It gets you ready for real approaches, as it is a numbers game. Do the night time drills at the clubs on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: -Sometimes bars don’t have enough girls. -If you live near a big city, go to the clubs there. So you can also have the option of club hopping. -First walk around the entire club and try to make eye contact with the girls. -I am just preparing you for the worst case scenario. While you do the drills in the bar or club, have a beer bottle in your hand. Even if you don’t drink, have a beer bottle. (Buy a beer bottle in case shit goes down and you have something to defend yourself. Guys at bars/clubs can be more confrontational than during the day.) Do drills at college campuses: -There are plenty of girls there for you. -Especially for the drills where you have to approach 20+ girls. -Go to the student union, then after that go into the buildings. Go to different areas on campus. Finish Weeks 7 & 8: -Weeks 7 & 8 are when you start to physically screen girls. -Week 8 is when I really saw how you can fuck a chick you just met. -Go to a different city to do Week 7 & 8 drills because you don’t want a bad reputation where you live. -Make Eye contact and a big smile when doing weeks 7 & 8 drills as it warms the interaction. -Again have common sense, no means no. I don’t want you to get charged with sexual harassment (worst case scenario). Have fun: -Have a good time. Some drills can be creepy, but some drills are fun to do. I will never forget the feelings from doing the drills. Anything that is worthwhile, you will have to work for it.

Good shit bro, I started the first week and now I can talk to any girl. Not really hit on them but cute girls don't raise my blood pressure anymore.

I've been lying to myself about some of the stuff while doing my aa program. I could be progressing much faster and easier. I am going to be doing much better tomorrow when I go out, for sure.
