I'm back to kill AA for good. It was a big mistake to not finish the program back when I started. But now, I'm all in and I know what I have to do; a list of things that I have to do better in order to kill AA:
Do way more than the minimum number of reps and sets
Use online dating (I'll need to get better photos though)
Leave immediately after I do the rep, forget about their reactions
Do reps on girls next/near each other
Don't be smooth/be aggressive
Need to push myself, give everything that I have and do the program correctly
Basic Drill: I felt little to moderate anxiety at certain points today especially in the beginning. Felt social freedom as well. Spent 3-4 hours on drills. I can def push myself to do better. Felt really tired after drills.
Get in There: Worked on a large volume of chicks for 3-4 hours. Got in there, missed a few. Felt a little anxiety, some doubt, especially in the beginning. Felt social freedom/confidence. Must remember to maintain strong eye-contact. I'm going to repeat tomorrow.
Do You Like?: Got in there. Felt little anxiety, less than previous days. Felt social freedom/confidence. My mindset went from dwelling on my nerves to "I wonder if this chick is weird/friendly/cool, etc" I see that as a good sign. Worked on a large volume for around 2 hours, had more fun today then previous, was a little tired at the end, less so then previous days. Chilled out for a bit. Pushed myself today but can always push more. Feeling optimistic. Going to repeat.
Do You Like?: Got in there, didn't care how unsmooth I was, gotta keep that up. Faced some adversity today, chilled out for a bit, still felt anxiety, then I pushed through it. Felt social freedom/confident. Worked on chicks next/near each other. Must remember to slow down/control speech. Didn't feel tired after. I'm fortunate to have a lot of chicks to approach, I'll do as many as I can, and I'll go after the hottest ones.
Leave after the rep
Be aggressive/don't be smooth
Drill on chicks next/near each other

I didn't think the "Get Hung" guide would have girls eyeing my bulge. It did.
I didn't think that your exercise and diet advice would have girls checking me out. It did.
I DEFINITELY didn't think that your hair-loss prevention would fix my hairline. Not in a billion years. It mother fucking did. You saved me a crazy amount of time, a ton of money, unnecessary pain, and destroyed my #1 source of anxiety. DESTROYED IT.
